    Maybe not, he is a huge injury risk. No he is way too much. Injuries or not he is way too much. He was average in his first taste of the bigs and was doing VERY well to start off the year. High ceiling and controllable for many years at a premium position. Maybe you could get him for Gomez...but even then I wouldn't trade him if I was the Mets. Talent wise of course, I've had d'Arnaud on my dynasty fantasy team since 2009., so I've been following his career closely, But he has played only 1 full season since 2009. Broken foot, broken thumb, ucl tear etc.

    Cause it would be cheaper to trade for A-Ram and Look at their stats the last 28 days A-Ram: .343, 3hr, 16rbi - .400OBP, .529 SLG - in 70 AB Frazier: .250, 3hr, 14rbi - .265OBP, .417 SLG - in 96 AB Fortunately for their teams, MLB GM's wouldn't dare put that much emphasis on small sample stats like that. The chances are extremely remote that Ramirez will out-produce Frazier the rest of the year. Widen those stats out a little: Frazier has 26 HR's and a 144 OPS+ this year. 129 OPS+ and .502 SLG in the last 250 games (2014 & 2015 combined) Ramirez has 11 HR's and a 96 OPS+ this year. 104 OPS+ and a .428 SLG in the last 214 games (2014 & 2015 combined) They are not even remotely comparable, and that isn't even taking into account durability & defensive issues Neither is the cost for each...That's my point. Freese will be back this yr, so why not get a short term replacement.

    Fiers AND Gomez? No way. Jeff Hoffman seems like a great starting point for a Fiers trade, though I am a little concerned by Hoffman's numbers (specifically the lack of strikeouts) in the minor leagues. Jon Harris (just drafted) would be an interesting piece as well. Norris/Pompey for Gomez is Really good. I just don't think team will give up a lot for krod, I packaged him with fiers to get 2 decent options.

    He put up a .397 OBP and .941 OPS with almost as many walks as strikeouts (42 BB vs. 52 K)... [sarcasm]Guess they should have sent him down to face teenagers in A+ in order to raise his prospect stock.[/sarcasm] Look, I'm not saying he's bad and maybe he just needs a change of scenery.
