    #Brewers getting three players for Thornburg: RHP Josh Pennington, 3B/1B Travis Shaw, SS Mauricio Dubon. Quite a haul.

    Cody Bellinger would be a fun guy to add to the mix. I just wish we did not have to take Puig back with him. I'd rather get more prospects. Pitching maybe? I guessing you could probably flip Puig

    Call me crazy, but i would rather keep Thornburg until the trade deadline - If he can put together a good 1st half - We will get a top 100 prospect for him alone. Braun for Devers/Kopech works for me.

    Call the Royals and see if we can get one of their 3B - I want Hunter Dozier, but Cheslor Cuthbert would do. Both guys are blocked by Mike Moustakas

    Its a borderline pipe dream to get one of those guys. I would say Yadier Alvarez could be one of the "major pieces" that they were talking about - De Leon will be a top 20 prospect next season - Doubt we get him.

    Just laughing at the people that think we would be getting prospects like De Leon or Bellinger back in a trade....Keep dreaming. Not getting their top prospects. I would be happy with Puig, Stewart and Sborz for Braun. Besides, remember what Mark A stated, that any money saved will go back into the team. Rather bank roll that money at make some splashes come 2019

    Ummmm...What? Look at what was offered for Lucroy from Cleveland. Clearly his stock is not as high as people around here (obviously you too) think it is. Profar has played really well in MLB this year and is a former #1 prospect, and Gallo is their current #1 prospect. If you think adding a 31 year old pitcher in his first year is going to move the needle from bringing in a #5 organizational player (Mejia) to bringing in a #1 AND a major contributor to their current MLB team then I dont know what to tell you There is no way Texas would say no to Luc/Guerra for Gallo. Thats what i was referring too.
