Really got to make sure to get Costanza more innings -
Boy I bet the magic exit velocity tracker loved that grounder to second.
-
What happened to Ashby? I'm just tuning in.

I dont agree with the "cant hit" or "bad offense" comments. They have been average. It is a lineup of all league average hitters which was exactly what was expected coming into the year really.

hoby milner appreciation thread

Gotta give credit to the front office. This is why those minor league free agent signings matter. Seems the Brewers have hit on a lot more of those in recent years. -
Well it's easy for me since I live out West. It's nice having a game not start at 4 or 5pm.
-
That was a great win. Sometimes a team is very unlucky offensively and strands a million runners. It's great when they can still find a way to get the win.
-
Alright! Good to see Devin available! This is when you should save a closer for while on the road!
-
I think if either were available they would've pitched already.
-
Lets get some runs!!!!

Good to see Burnes out there in the 8th. Gotta let your starters go deep into games.
-
Good to see a dominant outing from Hader.
-
This is nice having a game on at a reasonable time. I wish there could be a planned delay every game or something.
-
Anyone have an idea how long this rain delay is going to be?

What an absolute organizational failure to have chi chi gonzalez pitching in a 1 run game in the 9th. Its bad enough to have him on the roster with about half a dozen better options in the minors, but to use him outside of long relief/garbage time is awful.

Yeah both pitches missed by about an inch. Those have been sometimes called strikes since the beginning of baseball.
-
That was a hell of a game. Great win!

If Hiura is at the plate and I reached down and set the ball on a tee using my left hand, he would swing and miss.
-
That is the stupidest lineup I've ever seen. I'm shocked to tune in and see 0 runs.
-
That's pretty disrespectful to put a position player on the mound with a lead.
-
Yeah I don't understand why you would leave a pitcher out to dry like that. I am the last person in the world to advocate for using a position player to pitch but if you don't have anyone else and you're down 16, that would seem to be the time to do it.
