    I would agree that Berkman tends to be underrated. He just never seems to be brought up when the elite hitters of the game are talked about, and he has been right up there numbers wise.

    Thank you. Maybe that is what the person was referencing. Sure bent his words a little, but oh well. I think Gamel, Jeffress, Gwynn would be about as far as the Brewers would go. That first offer would just be stupid for the Crew to accept.

    I would say you are way off the mark there. That said, I was asking if this has actually been brought up anywhere as being talked about, not what the parameters of the deal would be.

    When will Rogers and Jeffress be back? Why don't I see Braddock's name after his couple of appearances? Why isn't Roque Mercedes K'ing anyone? I feel like I'm stuck watching Jeff Weaver's stats and no one else of interest. Derek Miller...eh. Where are all the top pitchers? Am I missing anyone with good stuff and potential? Can't wait for the June draft.

    Not every team has guys like that getting 500 at-bats, though. Some of those numbers were atrocious.

    Ted left Suppan in for 1 too many batters. Riske picked him up, though.

    I agree. I turned it back on and thought I missed the last pitch. The Dillon ab drove me nuts, also. That said, I'm very happy that FSN does broadcast baseball games.

    Get SRO tickets. It sounds crappy but last game I was at I didn't even go to my seat. Just watched from the concourse.

    He isn't playing football. Hopefully gets the surgery done quickly and with age on his side he is back in late-August or September.

    Weaver seems to be dealing tonight. Only one start, but this is what you'd want to see (couple innings, 2H, 5K)

    I told my roommate as soon as I saw him up stretching it that it was probably one of those occurrences where you twist your ankle or jam your knee and you scream and writhe in fear as much as pain and then when you get up to move around find out things are alright. It's a scary few moments, for sure. That said, after watching the first replay I thought major surgery and see you next year, Yovani.
