    There is absolutely nothing to lose if they make this move. At least there is some possible upside with Donaldson and if it doesn't work out so what its not like we are getting anything from the position anyway.

    We can't always go with defense no matter the cost to the offense. Monasterio and Turand are both bad hitters.

    Improving third base should have been a priority regardless and why trading Urias was not smart.

    We had Urias in AAA and decided to give him away because of his 5 million salary so all we have left is Black. Basically ignoring third base thinking we had enough with Monasterio and Anderson was foolish.

    If Tyler Black can play a passable third base he should be on this team. We can't afford to keep playing Monasterio and Turang every game.

    The truth is we just have very few good hitters and some really bad ones. The pitching and defense will have to continue to carry us and have to hope we can score just enough to win.

    Its been something special having these two top of the line starting pitchers and its going to be a shame if we can't win a championship with them.

    The last week or so has been fun watching the Brewers actually score runs but the fact is this still remains a very bad offense.

    The commissioner looks like a complete fool for allowing this to happen. Teams on the cusp of contention should not be allowed to improve by picking these players up for free and I would feel the same way if the Brewers were able to improve this way.

    White Sox fired Williams and Hahn and I can't imagine any fans of the team being upset.
