    So they finally benched Wiemer realizing he wasn't going to hit and they need to do the same with Turang who is an even worse hitter.

    My advice is to start scoreboard watching the other wild card contenders because that is probably our best shot at making the playoffs. The run differential numbers all season have told us that this is not a great team and probably closer to a mid 80s win team than one than wins over 90. The most likely scenario for this team is the second wild card and a matchup with the Phillies who will hopefully give away a game or two with their awful fundamentals.

    I think the Brewers look at it as the money is already spent might as well keep him in case there is literally no one else to call up. If you think Hiura is literally worse than every player in the majors and no one would want him at the major league level for the minimum I would say I strongly disagree. The Brewers had many chances to give Keston a shot but chose to watch Winker flop and give just about anyone a chance but Keston. At least Hiura is getting paid 2 million and I wish him well with his next team who will hopefully treat him better than we have.

    At a major league minimum salary there would definitely be interest in Keston. Cheap teams like Oakland and Kansas City weren’t willing to take on his lofty by their standards contract but surely would take him at league minimum unless you think there isn’t a worse player in the major leagues. The money is paid out by the Brewers and they have passed him over each and every time so do the guy a favor and let him continue his career elsewhere. Personally I think the team has screwed up big time not giving him a chance on a team that can’t hit but they just hate this player for whatever reason so do the right thing by the guy and let him go.

    If the Brewers prefer anyone and everyone over Hiura they should have just released him and let him catch on with another major league team or even one in Japan or Korea. Letting him rot in AAA while putting up good numbers is just cruel and completely unneccessary. Its obvious that the team doesn't have any plans for him so do the guy a favor and let him continue his career elsewhere.

    It might be crazy but should the team consider giving Chourio a chance to give this offense a boost. I would be in favor only if they think he can handle the potential failure.

    The problem with this team isn't lack of energy its lack of consistent offense and all the arguing against umpires won't turn this into a good offensive team.

    Very much doubt it as Craig like most managers has his guys and Elvis is one of them.

    .Learning how to score some runs against bad pitching would help a lot more than complaiing about the umpires.

    I agree it really makes no difference. How about scoring more than one run the last 8 innings against trash pitching.

    The yankees have decided to start playing good baseball and just swept the Astros last weekend. Start scoreboard watching the other wild card contenders because this division is slipping away fast.

    Yeah the last call was bad but can the complaining about the umpiring that we see day after day just end. The umps are not why we lost 2 out of 3 to a bad team with our three best starters going.
