  1. I mean he quite literally had a higher WAR than Aguilar this year. Not that that has ANYTHING to do with this discussion. LOL, Ok.
  2. Braun smoked Buehler. Doubled in his first at bat to give us a 1-0 lead in game #3. Wrong. Again. This is just sour grapes to those calling you out. The "only player to show up in both series" with an OPS under .700 is blatantly a pro-Braun bias. He has not been good. Case in point right here; one hard-hit double with a .558 OPS in the series proves me wrong? Okay. You are reaching to support a strong pro-Braun bias. Aren't you the guy that was making the argument at the beginning of the season that Jared Hughes was more important to the team than Aguilar?
  3. Who ever heard of your relief ace pitching three straight days and after a multiple inning day none-the-less. Stupid Dodgers.
  4. That's baloney. The patchwork rotation worked, again. They stopped scoring. I knew this would be the annoying hot take of the talking heads. Their staff strategy worked all year and worked again. True, but having a good rotation, like the Dodgers do, has worked better.
  5. This game is done. Hopefully they can regain some momentum in MKE but you can see it in the body language right now.
  6. Hence the "out-classed" and "more experienced" comments. They have made adjustments and they have managed to execute their game plan and neutralize ours.
  7. Wow, putting the ball in play with RISP works, whoda thunk it.
  8. CC made a mistake but he did not lose the game. Im not sure what you have seen from our hitters that makes you think they would be crushing another pitcher. I'd say our inept offense had a little something to do with losing this game. Had the chance to land a haymaker in the first and failed to throw a punch.
  9. I don't think that was the context of the term "out-calssed" in this case.
  10. Plus, saying that a team with Puig and Machado have anything to do with class is just embarrassing. I'm just saying that because the word class should never be applied to any team with those two knobs on the roster. We are being outplayed, maybe, but no outclassed. Outclassed, out played, out gunned, out maned, whatever it is they have executed their game plan better.
  11. With both offesnses being relatively quiet this has come down to a great rotation and solid bullpen versus a solid rotation and a great pen.
  12. Ok, believe what you gotta believe. I'd say the results bear that out as opposed to a belief.
  13. It's as shame that near perfect pitching isn't going to be good enough to win this series. The offense has just been brutal.
