  1. Promise not to send him to the glue factory?
  2. I assume no explanation for Jarvis being yanked?
  3. True, but you have to admit the level of concern is higher.
  4. Which is why they just stick with Ju, Ju, Julio.
  5. At least we are catching the pea shots now.
  6. Weimer looks like somebody put a blindfold on him, spun him around 12 times an then sent him to the plate.
  7. Lets play, "How do the Brewers make three feeble outs this inning"?
  8. He's going to make at least one more start.
  9. He hasn't been gross but it was asking a lot for him to shut this offense down twice in a row.
  10. We get a leadoff single and he never moves. They get a leadoff single and they plate six. Must be nice.
  11. I mean, he did well against them Sunday.
  12. I'm starting to think Julio may not have it tonight.
  13. Lining up the alternate entertainment options.
  14. 1 pitch and a runner in scoring position. We couldn't get a runner in scoring position in four at bats.
  15. Interesting. I thought he'd be a piece that would potentially move.
  16. Which is true of most of the teams in the NL.
  17. Who isn't really. At bat to at bat, I'm not sure what any of these dudes is gonna do.
  18. I don't think they are that far off. Add another bat, bring up Hiura. I think Anderson helps, maybe Tellez comes back healthy and doing his best self. Urias seems to be hitting again. A rising tide lifts all ships. Getting arms healthy (Miley, Woodruff, Ashby) helps too. Just need a little luck, which they haven't had much of.
  19. Agreed. Hopefully the Dodgers can take two from the Reds then lets get another bat, Woody healthy and get on with the easy part of the schedule.
  20. I can't argue that. I think everyone on this board wants that. Hopefully they get another bat or two in the lineup. That doesn't mean that pitching and defense can't win a World Series with an average offense (which they can still have).
