  1. Alright fellas, it's not against the rules to add insurance runs.
  2. Wasn't able to watch before now. Was Villar used as a pinch hitter? That would be idiotic with Aguilar on the bench yet. Plus Villar can't hit. Might as well use a Molina as a pinch runner Yeah, pinch hit and stayed in at 2nd. Popped up first pitch.
  3. Pretty sure Hader threw 3 strikes that AB. Only 1 called
  4. Brinson can't buy a hit. Dude has been hitting it hard, just right at people.
  5. Little suprised Nelson is our there this inning. Doesn't seem to have it
  6. Understatement of the night: Huge an for Domingo right here
  7. Kinda forget he was a Brewer. Loved that guy when he was an Angel
  8. Get to that bullpen early! Let's see if the Crew can add on runs.
  9. So if Broxton goes 0-6 with 3k's, will Phillips come up? This game of musical chairs is not helping anyone.

  12. Keep in mind that Mike Trout guy stuggled his first time seeing the majors to the tune of .220/.281/.390. (yes I understand the age difference). The first year experience is invaluable. Plug him in the lineup every day (not batting 8th), and let him get an understanding of the big leagues.
  13. Agreed. Give Brinson what you gave Arcia last year: consistent playing time. Keep Brett down. If the Brewers are out of it in September, get Phillips regular pt as well.
  14. At some point the musical chairs has to stop at the CF position. It's can't help looking over your shoulder if you don't get a hit in a two game stretch. And I wouldn't be sad if Espino doesn't see Milwaukee again.
  15. Agreed. Get a better understanding of what the Brewers have internally before making big moves. Hopefully next year there will be more sellers and players like Fulmer, Archer, Rodon, Stroman, Manaea, Duffy, Snell, etc. will be available if the Brewers need a SP.
  16. Not sure the Dodgers have a weakness.
  17. So much for ever doing a deal with the Rangers again.
  18. So Lucroy and Jeffress are gone within about 8 hours. I think the Brewers got the better of that deal last year.
  19. Jeffress back to the Brewers. Devan Fink‏Verified account @DevanFink #Brewers have re-acquired Jeremy Jeffress from the #Rangers, @jcrasnick reports. Like the add to set up to Knebel. 12:56 PM - 31 Jul 2017
  20. I agree. I also think the "original" price for Gray was incredibly steep. Perhaps the A's are lowering their expected return which could bring the Brewers back into play.
