  1. It seems like Freddy Peralta pitched yesterday. That’s what happens when you pull a pitcher too soon. I’d already be tucked into bed after a Brewer win. That is overly optimistic, even for you. Peralta was getting smacked around pretty bad, and was pulled in what had the makings of a blow-up inning. Granted, it isn't like the relievers were much better, but how good is it for Peralta's development to leave him in to give up 10 in six innings?
  2. Your first point makes sense. Your second point doesn't. At all. He came up as a starter. He is more or less on a starters schedule right now, only as a reliever. There is no reason he wouldn't be able to take the ball every 5 days as a starter and give them a starter's innings.
  3. Same with Hader. Would rather have 130+ innings out of him by this time than 65. 100% agree. Hader has been great in the pen. They owe it to him, themselves and the fans to see if he can be that type of presence in the rotation.
  4. Moose has been everything advertised since he got here. Good power, good defense. Clutch hits. If only this team really needed a 3B LOL
  5. With tonight, Christian Yelich, in 36 games since the All Star Break, is hitting .368 (57 for 155) with 33 runs scored, 12 doubles, 3 triples, 15 home runs, 32 RBI, 10 walks, and is slashing .406 OBP/.774 SLG/1.180 OPS. That's nuts. And he is only 26! And he is under affordable team control through the 2022 season! Stearns gets major props for that trade. And with that, he get's an outfield assist! Crap arm and all!
