I knew better, but believed anyway. I should have learned after 2007, but didn’t. I should have learned after 2014, but didn’t. Unless there are hall of famers on D and a wicked pass rush, there is no winning. Won’t trust them again.
That is absolutely inexcusable. And of course the commentators can’t get enough Brady. I feel like Will Ferrell’s character in zoolander. I’m taking crazy pills. He’s not that good. What the hell is going on out there.
Possibility of King out (like he was last time) and meaningful snaps having to go to Jackson (Brady rode his side of the field hard last time) and/or to old man Williams is not exactly ideal. Concern level: elevated.
I have had it up to here with getting to the final four and then watching our team get bullied right off the field. So many playoff exits in the last ten years have been absolutely emasculating, excrement-filled dumpster fires that even snot-nosed brats like Devin White—who have exactly zero pelts on the wall—talk stuff like this. It is time to be the danger. It is time to be the one who knocks. (And if I feel that way, I can’t imagine how somebody like Rodgers feels)
Feel bad for Cleveland, but they can’t look at this as anything other than a huge step forward. Just wish somebody else would take care of KC. No matter, all things in due time.
It’s all right there for Cleveland. Heavy dose of the run game against a gassed KC defense. No Mahomes magic. If you’re gonna do it, this is how it gets done.
It seems Tyreek Hill’s anger problems are not entirely in the past. Anyone see him screaming and shoving a coach before we cut to commercial after that FG? Not a good look.
