  1. 1) I have no knowledge to back this up (my obligatory 30 seconds of googling came up empty), but I would think it works like being on IR, right? In any event, I think the team can decide who to give rings to. 2) Absolutely not. No disrespect to him, as I have no ill will for him at all for making the call he did. But rings should go to those who suit up and take the risk. Active roster, trainers, ball girls, heck, give it to practice squad guys. But not someone who chose not to be a part of the effort this year.
  2. Bout had a heart attack there. I think we’ve seen the last of Dillon today, though.
  3. Or just give your pass rushes a chance! I can live with that.
  4. So maybe blitz or something, Pettine?
  5. Oh man. I hate having to need the defense to do anything, but this is bar none the worst offense we are likely to see in the playoffs. Gotta have it now, D.
  6. Rams opening the playbook. Time to score. More. Points. Can’t trust the defense or special teams. I’d feel good about ten more points, but I gotta be honest and say I did not think we’d have to score 30+. But here we are.
  7. Dang it. Shot plays not landing.
  8. Nice job D. Let’s bury these guys. And special teams doing their thing again. C’mon...
  9. Jones is about to be a rich man.
  10. Nice to get a FG there. Hope those last two throws don’t presage Rodgers losing patience, but I think that’s just situational.
  11. Unless that returner is Tavon Austin. A fumble sets up a go-ahead TD for LA. I don’t need that in my life.
  12. Ugh. Ugly series. Rams aren’t going to lay down, guys. Need a solid third quarter to put them on the ground for good.
  13. I wonder if Pettine is a RB denier. As in, he doesn’t think they actually exist and are just urban legends.
  14. Special teams. The ulcer-makers.
  15. Nice sequence on D. Linebackers making plays
  16. There’s some gold zone execution. Need about three more of those today.
  17. That would be a fun play to have in the back pocket some time. Like a super bowl or something...
  18. Ugh. Don’t like a FG down there. Have to punch that stuff in.
  19. No Cooper Kupp for the Rams. Robert Woods, meet Jaire Alexander.
  20. I’ve felt all week that the Packers probably cover. Rodgers finally gets one of these top defenses at home, he’s healthy, he’s rolling, and the Rams are banged up, especially at QB and WR1. Anything can happen, and I’ve seen enough disappointing playoff losses not to be completely shocked if an upset happens, but I really don’t think that’s likely. I think pack probably win by around ten. Something like 27-17.
