  1. Wainwright is pretty darn good. Has been for a long time. Give the dude credit. A professional pitcher.
  2. Stumbled across this show over the weekend and we watched it all in 3 nights. Great show! This show is top notch and very well acted. Great story too.
  3. Corey Knebel with the biggest start of his career tonight.
  4. Agreed. Ashby should have probably started the game. Then to waste him here is rough. Hope they don't send him down with the old we need a fresh arm angle.
  5. Ashby too good to be pitching in blowouts. Where is Daniel Norris when you need him?
  6. Two guys who have been hurting and the Cards score 8. Makes sense.
  7. Gotta question everything about this game tonight. Ashby warming up?? I say start him and let Freddy rehab. I have a bad feeling that after this game we are going to find out Freddy was not 100 percent and is going to be out a while longer. Oh and Topa should be done here.
  8. So let me get this straight. With zero rehab Freddy gets thrown into a start in a big series only to get two innings and blow out the pen?? Do I have this right?? Man.. We have a lead but still..
  9. The reluctance to have guys pitch rehab starts in cases like this never make sense to me. Why throw a guy back into the frying pan without any tune up?? Not even live bp.
  10. Stearns has done alot of things right this year but losing Bickford for nothing while keeping Milner and Yardley is a bad look.
  11. True. I am sure he's been well above average on D. That being said I cannot figure a way that his glove has justified how bad he's been with the bat.
  12. In a National League game having two automatic outs in a 9 man lineup is just a ton of pressure on the other 7 spots. You cannot justify having Bradley in the lineup. It's August we have seen enough.
  13. If is impossible to quantify how bad JBJ has been and that's before you find out he has made 12 million dollars for this trash season. Worst contract in the sport given the pay.
  14. Can't have the Reds show up in town only four or five games back.
  15. Can anyone say what pitch is Daniel Norris good with?? It seems like he isn't great with anything.
