  1. If you call yourself a brewers fan and all you can say is, “well we had a great run!”, you’re not a fan. You have zero emotion. Zero anger about how the game ended. You’re allowed to be pissed as hell at giving up the lead on a ball that literally a little leaguer would have nabbed...and yeah, Hader probably would’ve gotten the next out statically speaking
  2. The game is clearly on a lot of people, first of all. Grisham, Hader, Counsell, the entire offense beyond two swings and the fans that don’t get why you can be ticked beyond belief at a season ending in a stupid way. What do you expect? 7 months of anticipation and oh no, I’m a little mad at the player that might not have loses the game, but gave up the lead according to the official score book?
  3. Love how y’all get mad at me for being mad a Major League Baseball player ruined our year because he missed a routine grounder
  4. I wonder if Knebel is on schedule with his rehab, and if he'll be able to start the season in the pen. Installing him as the closer and moving Hader back to that set-up multi inning role would make this pen so much better. Y’all are idiots. Hader won 2 reliver of the month awards and might win reliever of the year and you want him down
  5. Can we trade you to bleedcubbieblue.com and never see you again? Bud, any guy in this forum would’ve stopped that ball.
  6. Grisham is a 22-year-old rookie who wouldn’t be playing if the reigning MVP was healthy. Cut the kid some slack. He shouldn’t be in the game over Gamel period.
  7. So what. The game was tied at that point. The brewers were done. Hader wasn’t going to get the next guy out. Let alone the rest of the game. He’s just bad Yeah. Hader is “bad”...stfu
  8. Lol at you blaming Hader like Grisham isn’t the worst person alive right now What? He screwed up too. Hader blew the game Saturday too. He was wild all inning. Did he throw a slider once? The game would be tied if Grisham could handle a little league roller
  9. 24 hours to the deadline and all we've done to aid our pitching is pick up a project?
  10. Seems to be a lot of his type lately around here. I guess if we can have anti-heroes, we can also have anti-fans. I mean he’s right. It’s like saying the Cavaliers wouldn’t have won the championship without LeBron. No crap Sherlock
  11. I’m glad our management thinks the best way to make the postseason is to trade for guys with ERAs over 5
  12. Fan: we need a stud to anchor our rotation Stearns: let’s get lyles! He’s been complete crap this year, last year and all year before but I see something in him!
  13. Somebody forgot about the Cardinals, who are suddenly scoring runs in droves with red hot Goldschmidt leading the way. He must think he’s playing the Brewers. Didn’t forget. Spent my first 13 years as a Brewers fan without even really coming close to the playoffs. I like to enjoy a playoff run and not hear talks of selling when you’re 1 game out of first place. Enjoy it dude. We don’t get this spot often, have you forgotten the early 2000’s? I don’t want to scrap a season we have a shot at.
  14. I don't disagree. I love Houser in the pen this season, although I think he'll be a starter eventually. But their hands are pretty well tied unless they find another couple starters somewhere. I'm still on the Supak bandwagon. Probably a starter acquired before the deadline. If Gio doesn't miss a start, you're covered right there without moving Houser back to the rotation. Don't know where Nelson is at. I saw he quietly made a rehab start the other day, but it did not go well. You would think Suter is close, but I haven't heard much. Supposedly Bobby Wahl is about on the same timeline as Suter, Wahl being a pen option of course. At this point, how can one have any confidence in Jimmy Nelson’s timeline. It has never even come close to accurate.
