Perfect time for Aggy to get hot

Moose for Gold Glove

I don't think many hate him. They hate when he starts frequently. That's my view anyways, I am fine with an occasional start against a lefty, PH, and late D replacement. Perez has always been very unassuming to me. I always forget about him. He’s just kind of there, except when he starts.

Pretty much lose it every time there is a thunderstorm and in some cases just a storm with heavy rain. Welcome to my world, being out of state I rely on mlb gamecsst and the radio. I’m home in Wisconsin for the month, but normally that’s how I follow the games that aren’t on MLB Network...which is like 95% of them

Jansen is coming in for L.A in the ninth

This makes no sense, he’s solid against righties.

Who are you and what have you done with manny pina?

Ryan Braun and August Waivers
TexasCheesehead replied to xisxisxis's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Maybe he is actually being truthful when he says he loves playing in Milwaukee. I think he's 100% retiring once his contract is up here. He's gotta be sick of the nagging injuries, lower back pain, etc. He's also said, very openly, how much he hates spring training. I think he still has a spark and wins to win, but I can't imagine him trying to stick around when he's up. He's made his money and he's ready to move on in two years. -
Shaw is banged up and we're facing a lefty. Arcia can't hit a beach ball. Makes sense to play Perez tonight, Shaw isn't 100%.

Ryan Braun and August Waivers
TexasCheesehead replied to xisxisxis's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
I'd be really upset if the Brewers let Braun walk. I get not many people agree with this mentality, but IMO winning a World Series with Braun would make it that much more special. He's the only person left from the original group of young studs and he's been here through the good years and the bad and signed a team-friendly deal, all while saying he wants to finish his career in Milwaukee. Again, I get a lot of you are of the 'feelings don't matter, just results' mindset. That's fine, I just want to see Braun finish as a Brewers and win a title here. He deserves it. That's just me though. Furthermore, Braun's line-drive percentage is at an all-time high. He's been a lot better than the numbers indicate. -
We’ve made the NL West look bad, lol

Apparently Dozier just got to the dugout.

Decent play there, nothing spectacular

This game is FLYING by, my goodness...

Yelich never gets mad. Where is the passion. Hard to be mad when you’re getting 2 hits every game
-
Finally they’re making quick work of this game. I’m tired of the west coast games keeping me up so late haha

He needs to learn to control his emotions and stay relaxed. Whenever I’ve seen him play, he gets very visually upset when he pops out or strikes out, moreso than most. He just doesn’t seem relaxed. I guess this is obvious, but I didn't see that when things were going good. Has to get back to that. The last game I went to was the last day of May, while he was hot. I was on the third base side and could see his reactions to routine outs...overreacted a bit. I could be wrong but I don’t see quite the same anger from other guys on the Brewers. Maybe I’m wrong.

I’m sure it’s been discussed here somewhere, but I’m late to the party. Is Schoop expected to be in the ballpark tonight?
-
That’s what I’m wondering. I imagine he’ll be available for a pinch hit at bat in the later innings, but probably not to start.

Pitchers aren’t getting any breaks.

In Baltimore do they conduct interviews in the middle of a recycling facility? Apparently lol, I had to replay it a few times to catch what he said.

Regardless of how you feel about our deadline moves, we can all share in mutual joy that Eric Sogard is never going to be in our starting lineup again this year (we re-signed him to a minor league deal, in case you didn’t know that). Lol

Video of Schoop reacting to the trade.
