I’ve been so focused on the division before recently I didn’t realize how crowded the wild card race had truly gotten. There’s no more time for slumps, one of those teams is going to catch fire and run away with it. Gotta start turning things around now and what better way to do it then the Reds at home.
I was going to say the same thing, Bailey is 1-10 too. Not like record really matters, but it makes me feel better regardless They are hitting though. It won't be as easy as some think. I’m just glad Eric Thames is mostly healed up for the Reds the way he hits them
Brewers: win 7-0, offense fires on all cylinders, great start, good bullpen work. Next day: horrible all around pitching, no productivity with runnings in scoring position, blowout. *repeat* Brewers season summary
They really did make winning the division a thousand times more valuable a few years back with the playoff expansion, because I sure as hell don't trust this team in a 1 game elimination.
The last game I went to was May 30th. We improved to 15 over that day. Well, a month and a half later and we haven't added a single game, in fact, lost two.
