  1. I hate waiting for this team to hit HRs. It would be nice if we could string together a few hits every once in a while.
  2. Nashville has been total sellers this offseason and will likely be out of Nashville in a couple years. I am worried that the Ads will be at a disadvantage with all the shuffling. Noel is a GREAT coach and will be an NHL head coach soon. I still can't believe he got last years team to the playoffs. Columbus has a very good assistant coach.
  3. Good to see former Brewer "legend" Bronswell Patrick(RHP) on the scabs list. I was at a game in which he hit a HR. He also pitched and gave up many runs. Good to see Damian go deep. I'd been hoping he'd hit one for a while now.
  4. Crewis leadin nl CENtral bye sven pint 5 gms. Booring summer WOAH SOLVDD hear is too jj coming bakc srtong!!?!
  5. Counsell has actually hit 2 HRs off the same guy in his career? Poor Jason Jennings.
  6. JJ wasn't comfortable running at all. Even after his walk in the 1st you could tell he wasn't 100%.
  7. I wasn't saying that since we lost two of three from them last year they have a better chance of beating us. I'm just saying in the last two years the Royals have been good vs the NL. It doesn't make them a good team, but you certainly can't just chalk up 2+ wins just because they're the Royals.
  8. I'm more afraid of the Royals than any other team we play before the break. We had problems with them last year(1-2 at KC) and they're pretty hot in interleague play yet again as they're 8-4 so far this year. 12-7 would be nice, anything more would be great. Anything over .500 is acceptable, IMO.
  9. Oh my god. It can never be easy, can it?
  10. M's come back and lead 4-3 in the 6th! Let's get this win and head to Minnesota with some momentum. Edit: This post really takes me back to the AL days.
  11. Nice Durbin photo, Woogs. Hopefully the Brewers can do that a few times and sneak out of Detroit with a series.
  12. This is one of those games where the Crew either blows them away or every other inning seems to go... Gross pops out to first Counsell grounds out to second Graffanino strikes out swinging
  13. I'll throw my hat in the ring.
  14. JENKS! Can we please hold on to this lead?
  15. What do we have to do to buy a win. This is ridiculous. An intentional walk to Craig is pretty hilarious though.
  16. This is about the 3rd or 4th Sheets start in a row that's apparently life or death for Ben and the Brewers as a whole. This is a great place for debate and discussion, but it gets so annoying when this team has a rough stretch and every other post is a "Season's over" overreaction. I seriously do not come here after losses. It's just too annoying and frustrating.
  17. Anyone else LOVING the "Brewers suck!" chant?
  18. At least this is making the game somewhat interesting.
  19. Dodger Stadium not very friendly to Rickie or the Crew tonight.
  20. 8-0! Gwynn's SLG% jumps with that double.
  21. He almost KILLED him. What a game for Rickie!
  22. Craig really crushed that one barely out of the infield. I'll certainly take it with a smile on my face.
  23. It'll be the fourth time for me at the Keg. Home team is 3-0 when I'm there(2-0 Crew, 1-0 Indians). Last time I was there Cappy pitched into the 9th. I'm hoping for a repeat performance. I just cannot respect anybody who likes being called 'Boof'.
