  1. 🚨 The hope is that RHP Bishop Letson will return to an affiliate next week 🚨
  2. Curt Hogg beat me to it, but Luis Peña is also headed to Appleton. Adamczewski will be next up, but I haven’t heard any confirmation of that to this point.
  3. Jesús Made has been promoted to A+ Wisconsin. He may not be the only one headed to the Rattlers either.
  4. Unfortunately, Adams’ shoulder hasn’t progressed as hoped since his collision back in June. I spoke with him today and he is still unsure how long he will be out. It seems as though his season might be in jeopardy.
  5. Speaking of which, it was RHP Eric Prado’s turn on Saturday, throwing his first bullpen since Tommy John surgery last fall.
  6. We won’t see him in game action until 2026, but today was RHP Jason Woodward’s first day throwing off of the mound since undergoing his second Tommy John surgery last offseason. He is one of a number of fascinating arms to keep an eye on next year that missed the ‘25 season (Knoth, Galindez, Cortez, Prado, etc.)
  7. RHP Joshua Flores will join his high school teammates Josh Adamczewski and Griffin Tobias in the Brewers organization and will sign in the coming days, forgoing his commitment to Kentucky.
  8. Nothing new since my last update which was that he was hoping to throw live to hitters mid-to-late July and make his pro debut in late August which would have to be for the Mudcats at that point in time
  9. RHP Yorman Galindez required another elbow procedure and will not pitch this season. Arizona Fall League is a possibility for the right-hander
  10. Ortuño has inflammation in his left shoulder and his timeline is still uncertain at this point.
  11. RHP Josh Knoth is back throwing and his rehab has progressed very well to this point. He should have a relatively normal offseason and is expected to be ready for MiLB Opening Day 2026
  12. RHP Quinton Low is back throwing off the mound. The right-hander is on the full-season injured list so they obviously won’t be trying to rush him back this season, but an AFL stint isn’t out of the realm of possibility.
  13. That is the likely return, yes, but has not been confirmed at this point.
  14. RHP Coleman Crow is being promoted to AAA Nashville where he will be active for their upcoming series with the Iowa Cubs.
  15. LHP Brandon Knarr is hoping to get back on the mound this fall and could be a candidate to join the handful of Brewers farmhands that participate in the Arizona Fall League.
  16. I believe it was a non-TJ elbow surgery that was supposed to be a shorter recovery than Tommy John.
  17. Unfortunately, Galindez experienced a setback not long after that last update. At this point, he is three weeks out from throwing live to hitters.
  18. The Brewers have signed RHP Fausto Charbel Barreras to a minor league contract out of the Carlos Elizalde Baseball Academy in Mexico. He currently works in the low 90’s with his fastball, but his best pitch is a hammer curveball. He will be assigned to one of the DSL squads.
  19. RHP Edwin Jimenez is a little further along as the current belief is that he will be ready to return to game action within the next two weeks.
  20. Little tidbit here- LHP Joey Broughton’s current timeline is 100% effort bullpens in early July, live BP sessions in late July and game action sometime in August which would mean a pro debut with the Mudcats.
  21. Originally scheduled for a 1-inning appearance in the ACL tonight, RHP Hayden Robinson’s 2025 debut has been pushed back to Tuesday.
  22. 2B Josh Adamczewski is dealing with lower back pain and is set to undergo imaging tomorrow to determine the severity.
  23. RHP Bishop Letson has been dealing with some shoulder soreness, but all signs have been encouraging as of late and he does not expect an IL stint.
  24. As per Tom Flanagan today, O’Rae will undergo surgery on his wrist this week and is, unfortunately, out for the entire season.
