I want to win a World Series championship as much as anyone … but I’m not stressing over losing to the Dodgers because they have far better, more experienced players. While I’m not “satisfied” with the best record in baseball or a division title, winning the series over the Cubs made this a successful season for me. Anything more will be icing on a delicious cake.

As I’ve posted on several occasions … Once the season ends, I look forward to trading Freddy for a few quality prospects He’s been a good player, great personality, loyal teammate … but I don’t trust him - especially in big games like this one

I love the connection to Bob Uecker … but I’m wondering: Why isn’t any attention given to Bud Selig? Doesn’t he still live in Milwaukee? Does he still attend Brewers games? I never hear Selig’s name mentioned.

Would be a great story, but I’m wondering if he could add value after being out with an injury for several weeks. Not sure who he replaces. Gasser will likely be replaced by Myers.

I paused the video & asked my wife to come watch the end of the game with me I told her the exact same thing - beating the Coun$ell led Chicago Cubs was better than winning it all for me That said - I hope we somehow keep winning We need a World Series championship
