  1. I’m only a Sproat fan because he’s wearing a Milwaukee Brewers uniform. I hope he grows into a valuable starter for 4-5 years, but he’s not shown improvement in his 10 plus outings in 2026.
  2. How many innings can Sproat give us tonight? Hopefully 5 or 6. No one has benefited more than Sproat from the pitching injuries this year. He would otherwise be in Nashville.
  3. So, rather than read this lengthy thread - especially after a loss - can someone please succinctly share details regarding the two injuries? dL Hall & Anderson. What an awful day. When I saw the box score, I assumed we might actually see the long-awaited DFA for Woodford. Now, due to injuries, he may stay longer. Rats! I’m ready for some significant roster changes with the poor performance players like Woodford & Perkins & even Rengifo.
  4. This is why losing 1-0 last night matters. Murphy mismanaged the late innings horribly & now we get spanked today. Yuck. Splitting the four games with a terrible San Francisco team is certainly disappointing. Borders on unacceptable. I understand injuries to pitchers. Every team faces bouts of injuries at inoppurtune times. This is another reminder of how poor a decision it was to pay Woodruff $22M to be a mentor to young pitchers while spending the season in rehab & on the IL. How awesome it would have been to invest that $ in quality bats on the left side of the infield.
  5. He'll save him for a late inning, game winning hit opportunity
  6. This is one of the most frustrating games of the season. Winnable game squandered because we’re too cheap to call up better players. I’ve said for weeks, we’ve got 20 good players on a 26-man roster. Tonight’s 1-0 loss is the byproduct of that reality. 🤮
  7. Tonight’s game is an example of why we need to adjust the bottom of the roster - especially on offense (bench bats Perkins & Sanchez) but also including Woodford. This is a potential loss that could have been a win with good decision making by the manager & front office.
  8. This would be an ideal time for Rengifo’s first Brewers HR
  9. I like Gasser … I remember my excitement prior to his TJ surgery … would love to see him bounce back & be an asset to this team - hopefully this season
  10. Brewers are 7 or 8 losses ahead of everyone in the NL Central. They have 21 losses … the others have 28 or 29 each.
  11. Who most likely gets the start for Milwaukee tomorrow night? And what about Thursday afternoon?
  12. Megill … 10 pitches - 10 strikes - 3 outs 👏🙌💪⚾️
  13. Willie will never be the enemy … but he is our opponent so I don’t want him hitting HRs against the Brewers
  14. I’ve never cheered harder for anyone than Perkins - what a great human … but he doesn’t belong on an MLB roster as a player. This is embarrassing.
  15. I like Haase more than Sanchez at backup catcher
