The Las Vegas ballpark makes Houston’s ballpark look like Denver’s ballpark -
I plan to attend a series of games at the new ballpark in Vegas in a few years. Gosh, I’m glad I didn’t make this particular road trip.

Man I hope we don’t trade for Skubal & send away two or three top prospects for two months of a rental

There is zero justification for keeping Rengifo & Perkins on this roster. My hope is the change takes place after this road trip is completed. Hopefully we don’t skid into a slump up in the process of waiting on these “common sense” roster tweaks.

I was really looking forward to tonight’s game with Harrison. I’m completely worried about the next two games because of our starting pitching injuries. Now I’m worried this could be a sweep. We seem to have one unbelievably bad series every year. I’m not a fan of this ballpark.

Harrison was due a clunker … but good grief. I despise bad defense.

He plays because the FO is being stubborn & keeping him on the roster. Cut your losses … $2m remaining on his contract. Say be goodbye. Let him play in Vegas & call up a young, decent fielder who can grow into hitting over the remainder of the season. Pratt or a Williams … anyone other than Rentifo. This has been a failed experiment.

There are few things like less than watching Yelich ground out to second base. I wonder what % of his at bats result in the old 4-3. For whatever reason - I abhor him getting out in that fashion.

The A’s have far more power than the Brewers. That could be challenging in this park. I feel for the pitchers.

Brewers are 12-5 against lefty starters this season. That seems far better than previous years.

I feel for the camera crew [my younger son has years of experience in this field] - the location of the cameras is not good resulting in odd angles & poor video quality. I’m sure they are stressed - not MLB quality / level.

Drohan with a bad decision on the underhand toss with a speedy runner there. Our defense has been mediocre to poor the last several days. We aren’t as sharp as I expect to see on defense these days. Otherwise, Brewers are on fire.

What has happened to our defense & fundamentals recently? Why don’t players wear sunglasses on sunny days? We seem to be okay once we win a series … no urgency to sweep … lethargic play & put the scrubs in - Sunday games don’t count
