My exact thoughts … his track record reinforces this perspective Good guy, talented player, great teammate, likeable personality … can’t be trusted when needed most I would never want him on the mound for Milwaukee in a winner take all game

He can’t be trusted in important games I hope we trade him in the offseason even though he’s a very good pitcher I much prefer to keep Woodruff if we have to choose between the two

It is quite difficult to watch the Brewers during the afternoon on a weekday. I own a small business, but my days are quite full & my schedule is set weeks in advance. So, I watch as I can & keep the forum open on my MacBook.

I certainly hope we will win, but I don’t have confidence in Peralta. He’s had a great season & like Woodruff is “mature & seasoned” as a pitcher, but I’m not ready to trust him in big games just yet. I don’t want to be greedy, but a three game lead rather than a one game lead is significant. Here’s hoping we get good Freddy today.

Ortiz has struggled for 2/3 of the season … Can he flip a switch & begin to contribute in the final 1/3 of the season? Surely hope so … but I prefer for us to get a replacement. I wonder what Kiner-Falefa would cost us?
