  1. I'm guessing most were pleased by the Sanchez signing than not, but I just can't get into guys that have hit .203 since 2017.
  2. That really was a bizarre reaction. Not even a hint of seeing where the ball was, didn't run hard to third, never looked at the coach. In his own little world on that particular play.
  3. I miss the good old days when our starting lineup had 8 or 9 guys hitting .240 or less.
  4. I was there for 2998, 2999 and finally 3000 as he did them one hit per game. Going home after the game, told my buddy I'd go see Molitor's 3000th hit four years from that day. He did it four years and 7 days later but I still went to KC to see it.
  5. Looking like the Bucks tonight. It happens.
  6. Molitor led off basically from the get go. Don't really see the reason why Chourio shouldn't be doing the same.
  7. I was living in Dallas at the time. Not sure about the TV announcers, but the radio announcers were actually quite animated as I recall.
  8. By my calculations, Frelick has a .841 career OPS in the minors versus lefties. Perkins's career minor league OPS is actually lower but has been better the past three years. Regardless, I don't see the need to make him a platoon player at this point in his career especially for the likes of Perkins.
  9. And now a throwing error that should never have been attempted. First real look for me and he has a lot of growing up to do on defense. Personally, I'd send him down for a bit.
  10. Nothing like adding a guy that couldn't hit in 2018, couldn't hit in 2019, couldn't hit in 2021, etc., etc., etc. Just not a fan of guys that can barely hit their weight.
  11. I'll do my part by turning away for a while. It usually works wonders for the Badgers and the Bucks.
  12. We aren't playing as bad as the Rays did today, but it's right up there.
  13. I've gotten to that point as well after 50+ years of mostly state-wide failures.
  14. Completely agree. For me, it would have been a no-brainer to start Woodruff in this game before he came down with his injury.
  15. Canha now 4-42 with 14 Ks in the playoffs. Not exactly built for October apparently.
  16. Meet Eric Lauer, your next DFA move.
  17. And no BA, Lauer hasn't settled down. Just got some outs on some sharply hit balls previously.
  18. You couldn't wait for the next hit off Lauer to score that run? What a dumb decision.
