  1. I just saw the highlights. BA was like a prophet on Caratini's walkoff. Also I just realized that Suzuki hit an inside the parker. What a game!
  2. Fair enough. I don't see the pitches (and I hear them a minute late, as well).
  3. I love the energy of Adames. But I'd love it more if he delivered in when it matters most. Give me a single in the bottom of the ninth in a tie game instead of a Slam when we have a 10-run lead.
  4. When I started seriously following the Brewers, I got this idea that a typical Brewers loss was 2-1: Good pitching NO offense. I am trying not to embrace that vision.
  5. I figure using Hader was wishful thinking that we would walk it off... When WAS the last time we hit a walk-off? (I know we have.)
  6. What I REALLY meant was we need to give these guys a chance. ???
  7. We should have saved some of those superfluous 19 runs.?
  8. When Yelich was batting #3 and (all too frequently) came up with 2 out, the opponents didn't really need to pitch to him, especially when there was no obvious threat behind him. So he walked a lot. Moving him to leadoff was truly a great move. Now when he walks, he's a threat to run... and score. Some of y'all who crunch numbers could probably explain that better.
  9. I dozed off when we were up 7-0. When I opened my eyes I had to look twice to believe it! Woweee!
  10. When I was a kid in San Diego, if you took pitches like [Jace took], we'd say "Whattaya want? Eggs in your beer?"
  11. Has Vogelbach always been that fat? (Remember I seldom see the Team, so I don't know if he was that size when he played for us).
  12. Because this is the MLB "free game of the day," I actually get to see what these guys look like for a change. That's only a slight exaggeration, but I usually see only highlights. I'm also reaffirming just how behind TV time the MLB audio stream is. It's more than a minute.
  13. I predicted this would be a great move! (After it happened. ? )
  14. Woot! Where'd this power line-up come from? I don't care!
  15. Not to mention making it even more important to score runs
