Thoughts on the suggestion by Harold Reynolds (I know, tough to agree with the source) during the Fox pre-game show? How do you turn the Brewers around? Trade K-Rod to Boston for Kevin Youkilis and play him at 1st base.

This made me laugh out loud. Excellent call. -
I know he had an rbi groundout yesterday, but after the big 2-out double it's time to officially say "Welcome to Milwaukee Aramis"

My wife couldn't hold the surprise any longer and texted me that the tickets were here before I was able to get home and see them. (Still a great day)

recte It was a good time and the food was great. We will be back for more.

My wife and I will be there unless our Girls' Basketball team scores an upset tonight and plays for a Regional Championship tomorrow.

Well, here's to Aoki getting his chance. Guessing we can forget abou the "Outfield Jam - should we trade one?" thread.

Player of the Year: Braun. Think he comes out on a mission to show everyone he can still put up MVP-type numbers. Pitcher of the Year: Greinke. Gallardo will be good as well, but think Greinke is extra special. Rookie of the Year: Aoki. Plays himself into Morgan's platoon role (at the least). First contract extension: Grienke. Hoping this is done early before monster year causes even higher salary demands. First player moved: Morgan. With Aoki performing so well (along with positive strides from Gomez), Morgan is traded to the Mets for minor league middle infielder. Place in Central Division: 2nd but still make the playoffs as a wild card team.

As of now, count the bensheeps family in for "2".

My wife and I have attended the last few and would be up for another this year. Madison is much easier for us, but could do Milwaukee if that is the decision.
-
Flew home from Boston last night so my son and I will be in 338. 7:00 start and the 2.5 hour trip home will make for a late night, but still believing the Crew will make it worth our effort. Edit: Now a change in plans. We've sold the tickets for tonight. Be sitting on the couch at home hoping you all can extend the season for me. Will have the grill going here and the plan is for hawing's brother and family to be here with us.

All right... a 0 put up. Come on offense - keep chipping away.

Start the climb back into this one. A run produced from the bottom of the order.

Anybody else shocked that RR didn't have Hairston bunt?

My wife described Gomez rounding and scurrying back to 2nd as "The 3 Stooges meets the Karate Kid" Think she nailed it.

Ours must be right along side the Hawing tickets. As far as Memphis according to shipping info.
