  1. He was also a trendy rotoball player that year. He was not terrible in Chicago just did not live up to the hype.
  2. I don't disagree with this at all.
  3. maybe change the quote to "someone who adds more pop to the lineup". I am not a casual fan. I get the overall sentiment here. You guys disagree, it's fine. Looking forward to the Braves series.
  4. Because they are infielders. It's not that hard.
  5. We have literally not been this good of a team since 1982, by record at this point. We had a chance to improve, and we traded for little more than depth, with tons of minor league depth to trade.
  6. How about we just go for it for once and trade for a bat? It's old news now because we did not. I pray our corner's are good enough because that's all we can do. I have faith in Vaughn, that's been an unbelievably good move. But when we get into October are you confident in Ortiz/Durbin? It would have been nice to have Suarez. We had the minor league players to get that deal done. We did not as usual.
  7. Let's trust the front office when they actually win something. We sat back and did literally nothing to add a bat. We are so close THIS YEAR. Why not go all in and add a quality third baseman? How many times do we have to watch the Crew lose in the first round because we cannot find a hit?
  8. Except this is the Brewers best chance at a World Series since 82......but yeah let's just settle for the infield we have now.
  9. Maybe Rhys can play third....lol
  10. I love Vaughn, he's been awesome for sure. I just wish we had let go of a little of our depth this year. This is the year we need to go for it. Maybe get a bat on the other corner?
  11. Another year, another trade deadline where the Brewers do not trade for a bat, and their big move is RP. I do not understand this. Just frustrated, been a Brewer fan since 82.
