He's been very very stingy at the plate. Great AB's. -
Every time I watch Escobar hit I think to myself: 'This is NOT a 0.256 hitter. It just isn't.'
-
NO DOUBTER. Hell yeah. BOOM
-
Wow. NOT easy to double up Realmuto. Heck of a pitch. Comes in with a Curve out of nowhere down and Low? Wunderbar.
-
So ump calls that first pitch a Ball but the opening pitch 9" outside the zone a strike to JBJ? Talk about a Star's strikezone.
-
Or that 97 mph fastball that hooks Left about 2 feet! That is a NASTY FB.
-
Not going to Lie. I was secretly hoping Luis airmailed that throw to First.
-
First time seeing Ashby. Wow. Love his stuff.
-
Gibson's really finding a sexy Breaking pitch here in this mid-game stretch. Really nice looking pitch.
-
It's his second start, right... ?! Yes. And, I think we all know, even tho he was missing Location, he still leads the League in 2 strike punchouts and he should have left this game 3-1 Lead (most likely) and completed 4. He needs some time and I think it's fair to say he deserves it, frankly.

Absolutely. Things happen in baseball games. Sometimes you scuffle early and don't have the stuff to put a team away. That inning could have been MUCH worse. Reset. And, try to improve. The chances have been there. You hope they continue.
-
This is One of those games...where IF you pull out the Win despite yourself it is an accomplishment. Ugly game so far. BUT, winnable. And, that's what matters.
-
I think Luis needs to go have a cerveza and reset. Lol. That was a hard hit ball but still a play he can make.
-
I'll take that pitch over a meatball to Harper who is hotter than any hitter in the League. Smart miss on that Slider.
-
I hope we aren’t hearing this three weeks from now Me too!
-
Freddy is not Sharp. Missing his spots routinely. He's obviously still rusty.
-
That was a pro's pro AB by Herrera there
-
Gibson with the 4.00 WHIP through 2. Wish we'd have knocked in a couple more. Let's find that groove, Freddy.

The oracle tells me Vogey is getting the nod at 1B tonight. A PH GS and a BB and Rowdy's overall cold streak lately will provoke CC to give Vogey a shot at keeping his bat warm. Lo Cain, other than a fairly unimpressive PH last week, has quietly put together a nice string of offense. Here's hoping he stays healthy and keeps that up into a Post Season run. Lastly, Fab Freddy: Here's hoping you find that pre 10 Day stint form! Rooting for you and some fire tonight: 7-9 k's sounds nice.

Wiemer is about as 'Must See' as it gets in T-Rats country right now. He has been unreal at that Level. I think he's rocking like a 1.119 OPS after tonight?

I am just so proud of this Team right now. Our beloved Brewers made the post season a mere 4 times from 1970-2017. It is getting awfully awfully close to going on a run 4 years IN A ROW. I can not take this for granted. This Season, considering how I was approaching it as a fan (fairly skeptically and negatively if I'm being honest), is an absolute gift. Let's hope we stay healthy, get Wily back and in Form, and see where the Chips fall.

Incredible. Stunning, actually. Hell of a turnaround!
