  1. No kidding. Honestly, I had forgot he was even on the T-Rats this season it had been so long. 😅
  2. The wild card for me in this entire mix is Brock. If you can somehow pry him from the Oklahoma commit, that's just an absurdly (even more) athletic Catcher to pair with the massively ascending Dinges (Shoutout OG 'Dinges Hype Club' members from 2024). It's taking the Seigler utility knife and getting two premium positions potentially in a wild n wooly CF/C split?!? He was clocked over 23 mph. I have a hard time comprehending this even today. Johnson made it seem like Underwood had a significant possiblity of signing with the club given their pre-existing relationship there. Roupe, Bentley and Holden seem like the most unlikely to sign. Roupe is a South Carolina boy through and through - he grew up very close to Columbia, SC and flipped his commitment there explicitly stating his ties to South Carolina. Regardless, as always of late, this 11-through-20 HS crop will be fascinating to see who actually comes aboard. I know Episcope pitched at Princeton - my sister and brother-in-law's alma mater and my niece and nephew's current university - but he also came via the Midwest. I do wonder if Poulson wasn't involved peripherally or in the early stages of putting an eye to his arsenal. I hope you all appreciate the massiveness of putting together this article the same day of the draft. It's a lot of work. Well done, Spencer!
  3. McCalvy's Day 2 synopsis is up w many quotes from Tod Johnson. (1) 12th Rdr Cooper Underwood - good chance they can sign Him On C Brendan Brock:
  4. Was he crying because your draft opinions were undecided and leaning negative before signings are announced?
  5. Just a reminder, BA's UDFA Signing tracker is Free to All. Brewers yet to be officially associated with anyone as of tonight.
  6. Another high School pitcher ! Let's Go! 😅
  7. That's going to he a tough pull for the Brewers with Roupe. He grew up in South Carolina so this is a bit of a proverbial Homegrown kid. Tho, at age 19 and with the Brewers recent HS successes he may want to go for it?
  8. Roupe was the top ranked prospect in South Carolina. Originally committed to Vandy flipped late to South Carolina.
  9. Back to the High School ranks immediately! We're back!
  10. Very much fits the Brewers upper classman lefty reliever qualities by my eyes.
  11. Coil was also an (2024) All Star in the Cape Cod League it would appear. He pitched for the Falmouth Commodores.
  12. LHP Parker Coil had a massive bounce back campaign out of the Razorback Pen this season. He was a key piece for their relief corps.
  13. I do wonder if the Brewers new facilities at Low-A Wilson in any remote way entice any of these upside lotto hs players who will most assuredly start 2026 in the Carolina League or Arizona.
  14. Yeah, I could definitely hit infield singles. And those came few and far between. 😁
  15. Callis absolutely loves the Brewers run here. Only team he's gone in depth about.
  16. Exactly. My realistic hope is they sign 4-to-5 in the 11-to-20 Range. OR they've absolutely crushed the under slot uniformlh 1-thru-10. I think 4-to-5 is a pipedream but a reasonable One.😅
  17. I could not love this 11-thru-20 approach more. We don't need quantity of players. We need to up-level the FLOOR of the depth charts. This approach has me all sorts of Monty Burns hands.
  18. IF Brock signs (I don't think he does) he may be the first Catcher to run the ball to 2nd base en lieu of throwing it.
  19. The Dude was clocked over 23 mph!!! 🤩
  20. Honestly, I think Brock seems like the least singable of these picks. What a crazy ball of untapped upside. That is a peak level of athlete. Maybe the Brewers can lure Him w the Dinges development arc? Just insane athleticism and projection there.
  21. Wild to see the Catcher/CF versatility! Whutttt?!? Dinges has created a new type in the system.
  22. Yeah seems slim BUT Love this early effort regardless. You never know tho as you allude to. I just love the shift to prioritizing HS talent with significant projectible upside in hopes of plucking before NIL becomes even more of a disruptive thing.
