    Time to shut him down

Anyone else think they should have gone to Vieira to try and get 8 outs here?

Frankly I was pretty flabbergasted to see Wilson at all. Throwing in a live game 3 days after throwing 57 pitches is pretty shocking. I had him mentally penciled in as unavailable today.

I believe Gasser has thrown 2 and 3 inning stints at extended ST, so he should be heading back to Nashville in the next week or so.

Hopefully we see Tayden Hall promoted to Wisconsin is the near future

Officially on Ryan Birchard watch. He wasn't put on the IL from what I can see and he hasn't pitched since the 6th.

I saw someone on Twitter say it’s a mix of Suter and Hader and that’s even better. Manfredi definitely has that extra little twist of the hips like Hader.

Also Mark Manfredi might be a Brent Suter disciple. His delivery is so similar to Suter's. Here is Manfredi's leg kick: Here is Suter's leg kick:

I want to highlight Justin King who has only pitched 3 innings this year for whatever reason. He has gone 1-2-3 in all 3 innings and has struck out 7 of the 9 hitters he has faced. He's absolutely dominated.

Ernesto Martinez just hit a 109 EV, 447ft HR to right center. I've watched a lot of Biloxi baseball and I don't think I have ever seen a ball hit out that deep to right center. Should mention Javik said the usual wind blowing in from RF is non-existent today so that could be helping.

Eduardo Garcia leaves the game after being hit in the hand with a pitch. Biloxi currently has 0 healthy position players on the bench.

3 straight games without Clarke. Definitely seems like there's an injury there.
  13. Lucas O.
Yeah let's not move our best defensive infielder off SS. Bad, bad idea.
  14. Lucas O.
I can name them all haha

I asked Javik about that and he said production has been working on it. Didn’t give me a date when they said it will be fixed.

I've noticed at least lately Collins is hitting the baseball really hard. Lots of 100 EV batted balls.

Looks like Darrell Thompson was supposed to pitch the Top of the 10th for Nashville but was removed while warming up. Seems he's really struggling to get healthy to start the year.
  18. Lucas O.
Brewer Fanatic favorites Noah Campbell and Isaac Collins with big moments for Biloxi and Nashville respectively. Campbell with a go ahead single in the 8th and Collins with a walk off in the 10th.
  19. Lucas O.
Darrien Miller with a passed ball allowing another run in 4-2 Lookouts which will probably be enough for the win with Biloxi's offense.
  20. Lucas O.
Shane Smith lost the strike zone and the Lookouts have the lead on a bases loaded HBP on a 3-1 count.
  21. Lucas O.
Was nice to see the velo hold extremely well. His last FB of the day was 94.5mph
  22. Lucas O.
Nice to see Rodriguez end up with a respectable start after going BB-HR to start the game.
  23. Lucas O.
Yeah it's about as discouraging as a start as you could get from Misiorowski so far. The command has shown zero improvement in the early going and the velo is way down.
  24. Lucas O.
Dunn's bat has cooled off quite a bit. His xwOBA is barely better than Bauers at this point.
  25. Lucas O.
Has been a really rough start to the year for a lot of our more highly regarded prospects. Misiorowski - velo is down and his command has been dreadful Quero - Torn labrum and out for year Black - Really bad start to the year defensively Gasser - started year on IL Wilken - HBP in face and had multiple facial fractures Rodriguez - command has been dreadful Lara - slow start with the bat Pratt - fractured pinky finger on slide EBJ - Potential shoulder injury Thankfully a lot of the less regarded prospects have been phenomenal to start the year.
