  1. At least our bullpen is in better shape than a few day ago.
  2. As of now Contreras could be MVP for Brewers a Gold Glove, Silver Slugger award.
  3. Peralta needs to get out of the way, that was an accident waiting to happen on a pop up coming off the hill.
  4. To avoid grouping poor hitters together is my poinion.
  5. Reminder: Frelick is hitting .289 any team would take that but he is in a 7 day lull. Maybe he is getting tired also but what will we do when it is 90 degrees out every day standing in the hot outfield grass?
  6. Frelick is hitting .289 so far but super injury prone.
  7. Murphy going with Wiemer again MIL Lineup: He is handing him the rope, lets hope Wiemer can produce today. Sal Frelick (L) RF William Contreras (R) C Willy Adames (R) SS Jake Bauers (L) 1B Rhys Hoskins (R) DH Oliver Dunn (L) 3B Blake Perkins (S) CF Brice Turang (L) 2B Joey Wiemer (R) LF
  8. Wiemer is not MLB ready as of now, he needs more time in Nashville to get some of his confidence back.
  9. Yes, Robert Gasser and Tyler Black both because Joey Wiemer for sure needs to be sent down and Chourio may need a little touch up work before he looses to much confidence in himself. Chourio just turned 20 years old less than a month ago, so a week or two in Nashville may do him a lot of good. JMHO
  10. Just got home and all I have to say is Wiemer is NOT Major League ready. In fact I would drop him down to AA just to build him up some confidance, then AAA.
  11. I didn't say it was a must win but I think the odds are in the Brewers favor today. We really only have about 4 of 5 players now playing decent.
  12. I agree with lower in the linup but as of now, we only have about 4 players hitting well until we get Yellach back.
  13. I think the Brewers will pull one out tonight. Vegas has the game at a "pickem". So they need to win this one for sure. The bats just need to come alive again.
  14. 60's would be a max. If we can get that, it would be great.
  15. Scoring runs cures everything and we went cold in Pittsburgh. Since the Brewers scored 12 against the Cards we are averaging below 2 runs per game. Not a recipe for success. We need the bats to break out again.
  16. Milwaukee called up Tobias Myers from Triple-A Nashville to take Miley's roster sport. Myers, a 25-year-old right-hander who was a sixth-round pick by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2016 draft, could make his major league debut on Tuesday. He was 1-1 with a 1.62 ERA in four games (three starts) for Nashville this season.
  17. https://www.mlb.com/news/jakob-junis-hit-in-batting-practice-taken-to-hospital
  18. Brewers pitcher Jakob Junis hospitalized after being hit in neck with ball during batting practice.
  19. Tobias Meyers from AAA could be the starter tomorrow.
  20. Wow now Jacob Junis taken to the hospital hit in the back of the head with a ball.. What else could go wrong
  21. We don't even have a pitcher listed for tomorrow.
