I think O'Hearn would be a great choice since the Orioles are 7.5 out of even a WC spot. Naylor and AZ are still in the hunt. Baltimore would want a king's ransom I would suspect.

Murphy didn't just say that to be mean, I'm sure there were rumblings in the locker room about it or he would not have said it. Matt Arnold is in charge of that end anyway. That was not disrespectful at all if Freddy and Murphy talked about 'that it could happen prior to today.' Look at when Hader was traded, no one seen that coming.
