    And Aaron Ashby the past month has just been just horrendous. He is back to his 2021-2022 type pitching. I have very little confidence in him, he's the only pitcher that makes my stomach do flip flops every time he pitches. For a guy that pitches One or less innings his ERA the past month is 6.75 totally unacceptable for a playoff team. He is detrimental to the Brewers the past month.

    But if you are injured and can only give 85% I would sit them also or IL them. Has nothing at all to do with coddling them. Its performance based.

    I think Murf is just hoping he gets hot before the playoffs but I sure wouldn't play Yeli everyday. Every other game would be good enough for me.

    Yes, Logan Webb and we would have two legitimate aces with Miz. To me that would be the masterpiece trade since CC Sabathia. Did hear though that he has bursitis in his push off knee.

    Brewers sat on the tarmac Sun. night because of plane trouble for over 5 hrs with their charter and didn't get into San Francisco until early Mon. morning, so no wonder they didn't look very energetic last night.

    I heard nothing at all about trading Turang but Frelick would be my 4th outfielder. Lara, Chourio, Mitchell would be my starters. Lockridge hopefully will start his rehab in August.

    What I would like to know is why Jake Bauers has double the at bats this season as Andrew Vaughn? Are there really that many right handed pitchers throwen against us?

    That's a very bad reason to keep him unless you send him to Nashville to heal and reboot which I'd be ok with. A 10 day IL won't do anything cuz the All Star break sure didn't help.
