  1. You have backed Rengifo many times but have never said what is so good or great about him?
  2. Yes, I see that after diving deeper into the defensive #'s, but ... Super-utility players - are few and far between that are good defenders and can hit also. Shohei Ohtani and would be #1 in my book and Jake Bauers would kind of be one I guess along with Jeff McNeill, Ketal Marte and Brendon Donavan. Can anyone name a few more but that probably should be for a new thread?
  3. Defensively Leonard is a Swiss army knife. He's played every position except pitch and catch in his minor league career.
  4. Rengifo has had flashes of good play but that's about it. So who would you call up Eddys Leonard? Jett Williams, Cooper Pratt? https://www.milb.com/player/eddys-leonard-678760?stats=gamelogs-r-hitting-mlb&year=2026
  5. I think If he takes one of those other jobs Chicago doesn't have to pay him anymore. I don't know when his contract expires but I think he will get snapped up by someone.
  6. And I thought Greg was suppose to be Chicago's savior after David Ross got the axe. Cluck, Bok, Bawk. Cock-a-doodle-doo Greg!
  7. Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith first, the trust part comes later." Superman
  8. I agree, the Copenhagen is not at all helping him I do know that. Unless if he's so hooked he sleeps with a dip in.
  9. I know, all the old guys are gone or hurt. I see Jose Quintana is still hummin' along. https://www.mlb.com/player/jose-quintana-500779
  10. If Miz's velo is down: Miz seems a little on the hyper side with the "more, more, more mentality" and the 4 separate cramping incidences already definitely needs to be addressed. The summer heat isn't even here yet and leg problems will lead to arm problems.
  11. What's up with Counsell? He has aged so much since he left Milwaukee, like he has Progeria syndrome.
  12. Not me, I love the Brewers since the 1970's. I'm an OG.
  13. New Standings NL Central Milwaukee Brewers St. Louis Cardinals Chicago Cubs Cincinnati Reds Pittsburgh Pirates
  14. Ashby was just horrendous tonight, when he comes in I start pacing the floor. It is nothing but intense anxiety for me when he can't through a dang strike.
  15. Shane Drohan was all business last night that's for sure. Never cracked a smile.
  16. It would be nice to somehow have both Bauers and Vaughn in the line up today. Bcuz Ben Brown is only a multi inning reliever, Counsell probably shooting for once through the order with Ben.
  17. LOL, PCA feels fine one moment then angry and smashing things the next. Pete Crow-Armstrong Expresses Regret Over Viral Incident With White Sox Fan PCA addressed the viral incident involving a woman in a White Sox hat from this weekend.
  18. Well it was 6 runs, 9-3 but it was the Brewers who won game one.
  19. The Milwaukee Brewers $129 million powerhouse is Done with the talkin'!
  20. I agree and think he is over swinging more than ever. Also, he made major headlines during 2025 Spring Training when he reported to camp weighing 192 pounds, adding 25 pounds of muscle after his weight had dropped down to 167 pounds at the end of the 2024 season. In 2026 he looks scrawny again. Even though they didn't change his posted weight.
  21. You do realize the Cubs lost today also by doing the exact same thing. Rolison was the Cubs loser. Also In Division games count as a full game not 1/2.
