    Brice Turang fighting knee pain, dropped in lineup. Jake Bauers has a fractured right big toe and shin splints in both legs.

    Jake Bauers needs a rest. I know, Vaughn doesn't fit into a speedy game plan but neither should Jake Bauers. Also, Vaughn's offensive numbers are better than Jake Bauers and against both righties and lefties. Bauers and Vaughn's plate appearances should be close to equal but there not. I do know Murphy thinks Christian Yelich and Jake Bauers are the two golden boy, foolproof players regardless of any criticism. Also, I thought Bauers had shin splints? Those do not go away quickly.

    For me he is someone who over-exaggerates his emotions or events just for reaction.

    1) Brewers 2) Braves 3) Dodgers 4) Phillies 5) Cubs 6) AZ & SD are both in the running for #6 as of today.

    I just hope when the playoffs get here we don't fall on our keister like we did last year. Brewers hit just .118 as a team during the NLCS against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

    But taking away innings is not really reinventing him. We will just have a team with a lot of short inning pitchers or relievers which is definitely not an ideal situation.

    True statement because he "was" good. He now is defiantly near the end of his career.

    I agree, also he has no stamina and usually blows up in the 4th inning or so if you look at the past 2 months. Once threw the order is all he is good for.

    Hard to believe only 25 games left in the season as of today for the Brewers. Obviously not counting the playoffs.

    Defensive blunders like a missed catch at second base means ... The pitching staff is left cleaning up messes they didn't entirely create. Turang's missed catch, not Dustin Mays fault. Take that to the Bank.
