  1. I'm done. I can't watch anymore. Mark Mulder has provided more offense than our entire lineup. This is ridiculous. Wednesday is a new day. I think we could still steal this series, but we need a ton of guys to break out of their mini slumps.
  2. Wow, this game makes me feel like starting a venting thread. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  3. Thataboy Prince. TIME FOR RALLY CAPS!
  4. I am very impressed with Helling, two solid innings from him. He will be very valuable to have in the pen all year long.
  5. Bill Hall hasn't exactly been red hot or anything. He didn't even have a hit until this game. Weeks started the season well and is in a mini-slump. Let's let him work his way out of it.
  6. (shakes head in disbelief) Unbelievable. Can't buy a break today.
  7. This is definitely the inning to do it in. Get back in the game before it gets too late.
  8. We have three innings to get some runs before Isringhausen. Come on guys, earn your paychecks!
  9. Yet, Mulder is the real hitter to be feared, good gravy. He's been on twice!
  10. I don't know if the Cards are better lineup wise. They have the big three in the middle of the order, but the rest of the order is very unimpressive IMO. Whereas, while we have no players who are as good as their big three, but we are more solid 1-8.
  11. Good news, we're playing from behind again. Put a W in the win column.
  12. Crap.http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  13. The difference between the Cards and the Crew...runner on 3rd, Cards put the ball in play (sac fly) and score a run. Crew, two strikeouts.
  14. Ouch. Put it in play guys http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif .
  15. Come on Prince, park one in the stands.
  16. Yeah, thats a way to snap a mini slump.
  17. My baseball coach showed them to me back when I pitched in college (a few years back). They can be found on a whole bunch of different websites. Also, I believe this was done with a few years worth of stats from MLB. So I don't believe that it is a small sample.
  18. Aside from Pujols, Edmonds, Rolan, this lineup looks pretty pathetic.
  19. Any guesses on who will hit the first HR in the new Busch? My guess is Rickie Weeks.
  20. All I'm gonna say is I asked nicely and you blew me off. Maybe I was a little too thin-skinned about it, but you don't need to be rude back. My point is simple, a leadoff batter with an OPS under 500 is a bad thing. Just because we have overcome it in the previous week of games doesn't mean we'll continue to do so. And I even pointed out that it is early and Brady will probably step up soon and get back to being the .300 hitter we know and love. Talk to people on here, like you would in person. The web should be no different than real life.
  21. We may be undefeated, but every single game has been close. And not having your leadoff hitter produce is something that will hurt you a lot in the long run. Its early so I'm gonna give Clark the benefit of the doubt for a couple of weeks but this can't continue for much longer. Also, please take the attitude down a notch, thanks much appreciated.
