  1. I am really bummed that this is most likely the way CC is gonna go out as a Brewer. After the unbelievable performace the past few months, this just seems a very unfitting end for his Brewer career. Oh, and Corey Hart makes my hair hurt.
  2. Raise your hand if you think we just blew our chance and will finish this game with 1 run. Its up to you CC - as usual.
  3. I am officially ok with playing Gwynn in RF. Good grief! The guy can't find the zone, and right on cue Corey swings at the first pitch (A ball BTW).
  4. It's a good point, when half your lineup appears incapable of getting a hit, it doesn't matter too much what order you put them in. Score some runs!
  5. I am always skeptical of the Brewers where injuries are concerned, but even I have a hard time believing the medical staff is that incometent, negligent, _________, etc. I will accept the position that it ia a short-term rest type of injury, because the alternative is just too mind boggling.
  6. It is for this reason I am and have been extremely concerned about Saturday. The Brewers will likely be rather geeked up playing on front of the home crowd, and Moyer is gonna roll those things up there. I can't imagine how far out in front our hitters are going to be.
  7. I think its rather funny.
  8. We needed 1 win in Philly, and hopefully we can still get that tomorrow. Is it ok to call tomorrow must win?
  9. Well, 5:30 tomorrow. I at least relish the opportunity to get blasted during that one if it goes anything like today.
  10. I dare say we desperately miss Gabe Kapler.
  11. Well, I look at it this way.. a win against Hamels would have been considered stealing one. I am disapointed in the poor defense and teh walks, but overall we pitched great, and I am very pleased with the way they finished. The only problem now is if CC doesn't do what CC does tomorrow, we're toast. How many times can we possibly go back to that well?
  12. http://upload.moldova.org/muzica/artists/p/pink/im_not_dead/im_not_dead.jpg
  13. Can we sign Pujols quick for this inning? Maybe we can ruin this guy again.
  14. Good thing they didn't score there. I think we definitley will score 3off Lidge, but 4....
  15. With Meyers pitching, I'm sure they will. I'd probably let them go on Sturday against Moyer as well. Patience will be mandatory again.
  16. Not sure what the playoffs have to do with it in this case. This game is like a Seinfeld rerun, I've seen this same show more times than I can count.
  17. Not sure why I or anyone else should have even hoped for anything different...it was just over 2 weeks ago when the Phillies beat us like a drum. It appears as if we may be in for more of the same in this series.
  18. Can we please just go with Counsell and Durham the rest of this series? I don't care which side they hit from, Hall and Weeks are bringing absolutely nothing to the party. Oh yeah, those three runs - all due to the fact that they can't catch.
  19. Very Brewer like approach for Howard that time - except for the 3-2 count of course.
  20. Tough one for Cameron - looks like the wind blew it back at him at the last moment. That, or he let the wind play him with that angle.
