I just downloaded it and don't see too big of a difference. The most visited tab up top is sort of cool. I was disappointed that my plugins from v2 don't work with the new one, but I'm sure they'll come in time. In the mean time, I'm lost without my mouse gestures plug-in! It does seem to be a little faster though; it seems as if it downloads the whole page and then goes back for all the images moreso than before, but I might just be imagining things.

I know myself, and the group I'm with, will give Davis a standing ovation. Did nothing but succeed and overachieve with the Brewers and allowed us to net a couple of decent players in a trade after his tenure. Oh what I would give to have him back this season though.

Anyone else ready for LaPorta? That should be in blue... or should it?

I saw it at midnight last night and I had never seen another Indiana Jones movie before. I thought it was pretty cool; I would agree that the ending was slow and surely weird. Overall, I thought it was a fairly enjoyable experience.

Where did that 1-2 curveball miss?

Man what a game so far. Clutch hitting and a great outing from Parra so far and still only at 77 pitches. So how will we make it interesting tonight?

Think Estrada makes that play? Man, I know (or at least think) Kendall won't keep up his pace at the plate, but wow is he such an overall improvement from our catchers in the last few years.

16 Pitches through two innings and Pineiro has 17 pitches after one. Good to see

I would really like to see Yost get ejected this game. We need something
  10. Tailgat0r76
Wow! How good did Salomon look in that inning?

I wouldn't want Branyan playing full time, but man would a Bill Hall/Russell Branyan platoon be nice. Branyan has a career .811 OPS vs. righties. Too bad he can only really play third or maybe first base...

man, I have tried to be the biggest Turnbow supporter over the years, but I think it's time we give up on that man! If we're going to make a playoff push we can't have such an unknown as Turnbow. That's why I love our bullpen so much this year as opposed to the last few; we know what we'll get from most everyone back there (barring McClung and of course Turnbow).

If you read his post you would see that he also included legitimate concerns not regarding their production in the first 14 games

    And Barry Zito!

I can agree with you about the counter-offer, and he probably wasn't invested in staying here, but 4 million dollars is 4 millions dollars no matter how much you're making. I don't know if many of us would turn down an extra 9% to our incomes over the next 4 years... (pared back long nested quote --1992)

I completely agree. Her post-game interviews are really really good. She sounds very natural and full of baseball-knowledge. I would still rather have Ann Carroll though...
  17. Tailgat0r76
Man, I really hope someday I can call four million dollars "peanuts"...

If you want public urination cut down on then you should be rallying for more toilets in the lots. The number of portajohns per person is ridiculous and I don't fault anyone for not wanting to wait 45 minutes in line for one. But like Sgt says... there is NO way to enforce a ticket requirement to get into the lot. It really is only a "problem" on opening day anyways. I completely agree. I waited in line for 10 minutes on opening day in the general lot and moved maybe four steps in a huge line. Needless to say, I was one of many who used the hill across the street as a secondary-portajohn.

Wow, definitely nobody as generous as you on this board! I would love the blue cooper bobblehead if possible!
  20. Tailgat0r76
I would love the opportunity to win these! Thanks!

My rep told me they would start shipping season tickets out on March 10th. Should start seeing them soon!
  22. Tailgat0r76
Wow, glad I called yesterday. I got 3 general passes for $8 each. Preferred was sold out.

All new xbox 360's have HDMI out (correct me if I'm wrong) It is a pretty noticeable difference. I was pleasantly surprised.

toolivebrew, you are correct with Paulus' D. Being a big duke fan I am constantly frustrated on how he'll get beat one-on-one. Usually he can overcome his footwork though with sheer hustle. You didn't mention Nolan Smith though. He could be one of their best defenders along with McClure. Everyone is complaining that Lawson was out, but we can't forget Duke was without Brian Zoubek. Now, obviously Zoub's doesn't have as big an impact as Lawson, but Zoubek was really starting to play well, and he would have helped immensely in covering Hansbrough.

underage ticket drunk post here. Got caught drinking in uw-lacrosse tonight. Guess I shouldn't have stole that "slippery when wet" sign from taco bell. Made it sort of obvious. drinking tickets suck...
