Good to see Contreras catching Burnes again……give them every chance to get comfortable before the playoffs…….if for whatever reason it doesn’t work you can adjust……but at least they are trying. -

My memory for such things is not great……have the Brewers ever clinched with over a week to go?

I think the point is not that he is definitely going to NY……he might just be negotiating and using his free agency as leverage……which is possible and certainly his right. I think the news is that he plans on managing…….I hope that is true because if he wants to retire or take time off .then we have no chance to retain him.
