A big negative on the bunt....full swing pop up

Can the Brewers be serious contenders for the division in 2013?
markedman5 replied to benji's topic in Milwaukee Brewers Talk
Even if Greinke re-signed it's hard to see how. So many holes to fill. 1b, SS, CF,....bullpen needs a massive overhaul.....Narveson? Wolf will be let go. The bench? Will Weeks bounce back? I mean outside of Braun, Luc, and Gallardo do we have any guys who can be depended on for good to excellent production? Melvin has got his work cut out for him. -
We just got swept by the Royals....lol When is the easy part of the schedule(when we go on a long winning streak and get back over .500) again?
-
RRR press conference should be good........We just invent new ways to lose games
-
When you can't even throw your fastball for strikes you got problems.......
-
I rest my case.......
-
Kranitz has got to be able to figure out why AX can't throw strikes this year.......it's just ridiculous
-
Come on AX...throw strikes tonight
-
Could we please retire the term "inter-league hitting streak"? I mean what's next the "tuesday night games on grass hitting streak"?
-
Aoki is hitting lefties at over .340.......amazing
-
Boy lots of hard hit balls right at our guys tonight. Great plays but we have been lucky too.
-
Conrad makes Weeks look like he is having a good year........ Wow do we have a bunch of hitters who are bad, not getting the job done or both.
-
Royals bullpen for the rest of this game.....that can't be good......
-
Sanchez looks really mediocre and he has still held this feable offense to 1 run
-
I rewinded it back...Rickie was there well ahead of Butler. It was hit so hard Rickie might not have been there to cover at 2nd. Especially with a lefty up.
-
Infield D really saved Wolf that inning.....somebody should tell Maysonet that throwing to 2nd on a rocket hit right at you is probably the safer play with a slow runner at first.
-
I swear Escobar could have thrown Ramirez out at first on that play.
-
lol....3 infield hits in a row...it's like they are trying to prove the numbers wrong....
-
So according to Rock we are 3-17 in games we don't hit a HR? Hard to be more one dimensional then that......Big ball park......Gomez, Aoki, Maysonet, Ransom and Weeks in the lineup.....why don't I feel confident?
-
Adam McCalvy @AdamMcCalvy RRR on latest lineup shuffle “It’s hard to sit by and not do anything when we’re struggling offensively
-
Why don't we just start the game down 1-0 in the 2nd inning and save a little time?
-
I think the brewers asked for Cain for Fielder and the Giants said no IIRC.
-
Yes I started a thread on Kranitz but I did it as a way to spark discussion on how much he should be held accountable. I never called for him to be fired but if most of the staff is underperforming I think it's more then fair to look at the pitching coach to see if he is part of the solution or part of the problem.

Our bench is so bad we don't really have any good choices. Another bad loss with our ace on the mound in a game we need to win.

Bullpen continues to suck........
