this team is just boring.......bad pitching ..bad hitting.....Braun can't do it all. Time to give Green a start or 2 at 2nd....Rickie is as lost as I have ever seen him for this long of period of time.

That strike 3 pitch to Aoki was either right on the corner or damn close to it. If a Brewer pitchewr had thrown it I would have expected it to be called a strike by a good umpire. Ump has been bad but no need to complain about every call Rock.

Brewers can't afford an all field no hit shortstop with the current lineup. Our starting pitchers are the same(other then Narveson) but that doesn't mean they will be as good as last year. So far it's not even close. Wolf looks like Doug Davis. The bullpen has been also been a big downgrade from last year.

I would prepare for the worst with Gonzalez The severity of Gonzalez’s injury won’t be known until an MRI is performed Monday in Milwaukee. But the Brewers were preparing for a long-term absence, perhaps as bad as the torn ACL suffered by first baseman Mat Gamel in San Diego on Tuesday. “It's something bad," said Gonzalez, who had a full-length brace on his right leg in the clubhouse after the game. "We'll have to wait until Monday to get an MRI to see what kind of injury it is. When I twisted it, it felt real bad.”

Nice to see that attitude but lets be fair. That ball really has no value. Now if he gave up Bonds record setting ball that would be something.....and I doubt he would do it even though it still was "his accomplishment not mine". -

If we can't score off of Suppan what chance do we have against those 3 SF starters especially if we don't have Braun? Cards could run away and hide in this pathetic division.

If we are going to play listless, uninspired bad baseball I'd just as soon do it with young guys. Rickie needs some time off, so does Hart....we need a first baseman and a new bullpen......other then that things are .........average.

Getting shut out in back to back games and being the first team all year that lost a series to the Padres is as close to rock bottom as I would ever want to get.......

The last one was good but quite a few before that weren't even close...... When a guy gets to 2 strikes, he has to expand the zone. He can't be overly picky. The fastball in likely looked good coming out of the pitcher's hand and kept running in. The ball he hit darted outside very suddenly. Sometimes pitchers make good pitches. That last one to Braun was good.

Is Narron's hitting philosphy to just swing at anything and you will get some hits eventually? I mean where is the patience when you need baserunners?
