He is not hitting nearly as many balls hard so its not luck. They are either pitching him differently, he has changed his approach or he is missing pitches that he used to hit hard. He could revert to form next year but this season has been a disaster.
Fox 6 says Morgan is telling the truth....Carpenter denies it.....how will he explain lying to his son? fox6sports FOX6 Sports by BrewerNation Slow motion replays (magic of my editing system) shows @Brewers @TheRealTPlush was definitely provoked by Cardinals Chris Carpenter. http://twitter.com/#!/fox6sports/status/111633573450231808
first complete game shutout for Carpenter since 2009.....last one also against the Brewers...... Hopefully we break out fo this offensive funk but with Hamels, Lee and company coming in it doesn't look good.
Also Hairston mentioned that this was a great clubhouse and they welcomed him with open arms from the day he arrived. He said he feels like he has been on the team all season and would be open to returning next year.
No chance Rickie plays short....He has never played SS at any level since the Brewer's drafted him....they sure aren't going to experiment with him there now.
Another errorless innning at 2nd by Green.........http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif I bet he gets the start tomorow against Carpenter if JHJ can't go.
Why not Green? So Wilson should have started? Not like there are a lot of great options with Hairston needing a day off. CC has played more recently and will probably be on the playoff 25. The numbers probably didn't really mean a whole lot.
