  1. Always been my argument as well. Seems like a lot of screwing around for minimal savings. Now the equation changes if you get extremely cheap internet, do illegal things and/or don't want very many channels to watch.

    I actually prefer their frozens over the fresh. A great pizza! I prefer their fresh pizzas dining there, but yes, the frozen pizzas are excellent too. Have you ever dined in at their business, take out, or delivery? Or have you only had the frozen pizzas? I have had quite a few drunken nights eating there.

  7. For some reason I rented The Oath. I was able to make it about 30 minutes before turning it off. What a stupid movie.
  8. Still, it appears that all 4 of these guys stand a chance of being at least MLB regulars. Highly unlikely that all 4 are MLB regulars.
  9. If you like the Broken Lizard crew, Tacoma FD has been pretty decent.
  10. Not my favorite show but I did like Lethal Weapon. Not good when one of the main characters got fired and another was rumored to want out. Oh well.

  13. Agreed. While it wasn’t like their first, it stands alone. Very, very funny. Happy for those guys to follow up what they did the first time around as they seem like quality guys. A friend saw it today and said it was terrible. I'll see when I get around to watching it in 4 or 5 years. I have probably seen the first Super Troopers 40 times and obviously really liked it. I saw the second one last night and it was really bad; like embarrassing to be watching it bad. If you like corny Canada jokes, you are in luck!

  15. If I were Cain, I would easily have taken the 80 million offer instead. Total money on your last contract means a lot.
  16. The Brewers definitely sold high on three out of the four of these prospects. I like the trade for both teams.

  19. They listed the house on Friday and had two offers before the open house on Saturday. Went to the open house on Saturday and during the 15 minutes I was there at least 15 other people walked through. 30 minutes into the open house the listing agent was almost out of brochures. My realtor said she has never seen an open house like that. They set a cutoff for best offers by 5pm Sunday and accepted an offer Sunday night (not mine which was list price). Found another place on line on Sunday that had been up for six days. Contacted my realtor, she called... and was told they had multiple offers and had a cutoff at noon on Sunday (it was 1:30pm). Wow. Housing is not a bad place to be now. That is a dramatically different housing market than the one I am in now.

  21. There is a certain value to not having debt on your personal books. I know that it probably would have made more sense for me to not pay off my student loan and mortgage as soon as possible but it sure feels good.
  22. If you can get into real estate now or are already in it then yes. If the Fed does increase the interest rates to where they should be rental properties will be even better as there will be less and less people who will be able to afford to buy a house. If you are going into real estate to flip houses I would hold back until there is more information about what the Fed is going to do in terms of interest rates. Having less buyers if the interest rates do go up will put a hurt on home sales but rentals should see an increase. This is exactly what I am thinking. The local market where I am seems to be overpriced for the rents that can be gotten.
