  1. Davis Schneider is the guy to pick up if the Jays sign Tucker. Heck, Barger might be an option too. Both of those guys can play infield and outfield and fit well with the team.
  2. Peralta and Koenig (reports are they want a LHP in the bullpen and we happen to have a ton of them) for Duran It makes almost too much sense to happen.
  3. Will be a trade piece at the deadline for them
  4. I do not follow college/minor league football nearly as closely as I used to. I don't know any of these guys but it seems like people are excited about them.
  5. Spin these trades however you want yet we keep winning.....
  6. Lots of young talent (Chourio, Durbin, Ortiz, etc) nearing their prime years and hopefully will repeat or do better than 2025. Woody, Mitchell, Priester, Vaughn, Miz, Henderson, Gasser hopefully for the whole season. Contreras won't play with a broken finger all season. Yes, there will be injuries but some of these guys contributed very little in 2025. Zerpa is better than Mears. Bauers might have found something. Yes you lose Collins but I suspect he wasn't repeating anything like 2025. Quintana was a good veteran innings eater and I suspect they will bring in a guy to do the same yet. I only have two guys I am concerned about regressing badly and that would be Megill and Frelick. I doubt Yelich will put up the same numbers but keeping him out of left field seems to be helping. As it stands, this is a good team still.
  7. If they had resigned Tucker, I would see it but it's premature at the moment to be honest. As it stands, I think the Brewers are just as good if not better than last season.
  8. Chourio is the third best CF defender on the team at best. I would prefer him in left field if at all possible
  9. Some of these hits in Ole Miss/Georgia.... geez
  10. If I were the top ranked transfer college QB, I'd ask for a ridiculous amount of money a year and wait for someone to give it to me.
  11. I look forward to the guys transfering mid season and mid game. I mean... why not?
  12. It's a good show. Sometimes you need to ignore/roll your eyes at the obvious propaganda but I enjoy watching it overall.
  13. Probably looking at Pena. People are underestimating how much value Duran has and overestimating the value of Freddy.
  14. Soderstrom signing that extension obviously takes him out any trade conversations. Also, makes it silly that the A's don't spend any money between this and trading for McNeil.
  15. I hope the Bears win the next couple of games and give Caleb a big ole extension.
  16. What's your plan if Durbin stinks and/or Mitchell gets hurt again? We absolutely need more versatile depth on this team. The kids aren't ready yet on the hitting side. We continually develop bullpen guys (like the ones in the trade). Trading the old ones that are developing question marks is good business.
  17. Calling Schneider nothing is silly. Young, ascending player that can play outfield and infield is very valuable for a team like the Brewers. Plus it lowers payroll which you always love to talk about
