    try taking it to Guest relations during this series and just explain the problem Unfortunately, I live west of Madison, so I won't be making another trip in to this series. I guess I hadn't thought to check the bat's ability to fit, I had just made sure everything was in order (like not in pieces). On one, there is a hole under Paulie's right thumb, which allows the bat to fit better (and stay in place). Yeah, one of my two will stay in place, though some of the green/tan (sorry, colorblind) paint from the bottom of the bat still shows, but it stays in place. The other one has the opening half-closed with paint and the bat won't even rest there. I suppose I could try calling guest relations and see what happens.... not sure what the outcome will be, though. I figure I'll try to bore out the hole.

    My Molitor from tonight had the hole for the bat partially filled in by paint and such, so the bat doesn't go in far and definitely doesn't stay in at all. Any suggestions for how to fix this without damaging the bobble?

    Good thing that tough loss the other night spinning the Brewers into a serious losing streak was just an old baseball cliche.....

    The Brewers being a horrible team is what historically sent the Brewers into a bad stretch, so let's not get carried away. They weren't so horrible the last couple of years, Russ.

    Historically, these last couple of losses were the kind that sent us into a 3-7 stretch of games. It'll be interesting to see how this team actually responds.
