    Sounds great.... that thread's sweet & hilarious Sadly, the Great Message Board Crash of 2005 reduced a 9-page thread of pure gold down to just 22 remaining posts. Sometimes I wish Brian would let bjames back in just so we can get some new material for Woah Solvdd.

    i have updated my cabinet with all my bobbles and here are the new pics. You know, in something that looks that nice, I don't know if you'd want to do the stadium seating for your bobbles. Honestly, the thing looks great as is.

    If an 837 OPS makes you the man in 05, then are standards are low. For a SS or CF, it does make you the man, actually.

    I hate the Bill Hall love also at this point, lets see if he produces this year before we think he is going to be the man. He's already the man. What more does he have to prove to show you that? And most players don't have "flashes" that last two whole seasons.

    Peavy - I dont really know how to describe it but the best one is the card holder where there are two pieces - a bottom and a top. the card fits perfectly into the bottom and top just snaps on. Hope that helped Thanks, I think I know what you're talking about. Not sure if it was this thread that had an influence, but the cards for the three Brewer sets have been going for 25-30 bucks a piece the last week or so.     Do they actually have two sets of 250 for the double letters (ie, the 's' and 'e' in Sheets), or are their just 250 of the 's' all together?

    Weeks is high because it has a print run of only 100. I can't even imagine the demand for the Pujols set at a 5 PR.

    Kind of a related tangent, but what do people recommend as far as good ways to display a moderately sized bobblehead/memorabilia collection? I'm trying to get things more consolidated instead of randomly placed in various locations. I see a lot of photos here of free-hanging shelves and such, but I'm in an apartment, so I'm hesitant to hang up a ton of anchored shelves and such, so I'm thinking more along the lines of something floor sitting like a bookcase. Any ideas or recommendations for something relatively inexpensive that would do the job but wouldn't look tacky/crappy? Jason21's pic is probably more along the lines of what I'm looking for logistically, but that looks pretty expensive, actually.

    The Brewers need to ask themselves two questions: 1) Was Gabe Gross' 2006 for real, or just an aberration? If they think he's for real, he makes a much better (and younger) platoon partner for Mench as it is. 2) Are they comfortable with Aquino instead of Kolb and Villanueva instead of Helling as the only upgrades in a pretty bad bullpen from last year? If the answer here is no, then they need to explore this trade.
