  1. My money says that strike three pitch isn't called a strike for the rest of the night.
  2. can't blame chad, it was a wild pitch. Sure you can... it was ruled a wild pitch, but it was a past ball.
  3. Nothing like a 30ish pitch first inning to shake my confidence in Doug resting the pen tonight...
  4. And the bad play by Chad costs us a run. Nothing like coming from behind from the get go.
  5. Way to go Chad. Do they even score past balls anymore?
  6. Ack. That was the pitch for Russell to crush.
  7. The idea is that if he had hit earlier, we might not need a HR to tie right now.
  8. Who is down for 2nd Guessing Ned Yost's decisions? And how, exactly, can Ned be blamed for that inning? Come on.
  9. And if he had chosen to hit the cutoff man instead of throwing to home where he had no chance, we'd have saved a run. And lost in the shuffle is a crappy outing by Matt Wise.
  10. Good Lord Brady, way to give up on that ball.
  11. Good play JJ. Terrible baserunning by Edmonds.
  12. Nice to see life on Santana's fastball again.
  13. That 3-0 pitch to Miller was clearly low. Why is it the strikezone gets comparatively gigantic when the Brewers get a rally going?
  14. Jenks was just rung up on the same exact pitch that was called a ball one pitch prior.
  15. Mistake #1 for Ned- Pinch hit Branyan. Hall would have been acceptable, IMO, if he wanted to save Russell for later.
  16. Mahoney's foot was very close to being off the corner...
  17. Its a good choice, IMO. Save the better PHers for later. And that's exactly what Ned will say. You've got to hope another situation like this comes up later.
  18. Hall and 3TO available to PH with the bases loaded, and Ned chooses.... Magruder? Mark me down as unhappy with this decision.
  19. If JJ walks here, you have to consider PHing for Victor.
  20. Huh? He jumped too early. That ball was catchable.
  21. Nothing like letting Grudz beat you. Anyone still want to defend Victor remaining in the rotation? Yeck. Of course, Jenkins should have caught that ball....
  22. And the strikezone is getting smaller. Or Santos can't find it. Or a little from collumn A, a little from collumn B...
  23. NO TV on Friday? Why? I can only hope it's being preempted in favor of more HS softball. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/eyes.gif
