  1. Just couldn't resist, could ya...had to back and edit and add that. Not looking for your sympathy, it's not 'poor me,' and I'm more than willing to drop it, this is pretty silly, I just refuse to be talked down to like a child without responding to it. Thats it.
  2. You didn't say that. I did. I'm not wadded up about it. It's whatever, but not everyone shares your opinions. My disagreement over how Broxton is managed and the OF in general has a lot more to do with the second half of last year than the first 6 games of this one.
  3. Thought it would be close. Too bad we couldn't get him in. Needed a run back.
  4. As long as it's not affecting your vision, then no, I can't. It was called a slight nasal fracture. Can you answer the actual question, or no? I did. Don't be a, well you, because you don't like the answer. His face was still all jacked up yesterday if you had seen him. That can do a lot to your vision. Maybe someone needs to knock you in the nose and then throw you BP so you can get the full picture? I'll fly over on my private jet to do it. Either way, carry on man and just stop being silly when it comes to a players playing time. Or don't. I guess.. No, actually you didn't. Offered absolutely no points of substance. Still on that trend, I see. I simply asked a question about how a player is affected by such an injury as far as performance. You immediately became condescending, and now followed it up with some bizarre comments about your private jet and us not knowing if you have a million dollsrs. K. Don't care. Also, please don't try to tell me what to do. Why are you constantly trying to play Mr. Internet Tough Guy with everyone and then wondering why you're coincidently at the center of most conflicts here? Why not just drop it for once, man?
  5. Had a nice turn on the DP earlier. Can't be too mad at him for this one. Had no choice but to rush it and might not have had him anyway. Not sure anyone else makes the play either.
  6. This is just hideous to watch. Pitcher up in a tie game with 2 out and we can't get out of it and now gave the 2 right back.
  7. Well, we had 3 straight nights of: 'Brian Anderson sucks.' 'No he doesn't. '
  8. Like I said before, I'd rather have him in over Garza anyway, but hopefully they can revisit that after the deadline.
  9. I will bet you a million dollars that he will not start half of the games this season. No who's embellishing. And Kirk to the rescue! Wouldn't have been as impressive looking with Broxton. Because he would have caught it standing up.
  10. As long as it's not affecting your vision, then no, I can't. It was called a slight nasal fracture. Can you answer the actual question, or no?
  11. You've got to be kidding me. I was actually asking, medically, not really understanding the prognosis of an injury, how it would affect him on the field beyond just being a pain tolerance issue. How about providing an actual answer rather than just going back to the good old condescending tone?
  12. You're embellishing more than a little bit. No one has ever said he should play 162 games. He should not, however, be starting half of them.
  13. So sit a guy because a pitcher is tough? Should we just forfeit if we face Kershaw or Syndergaard this year? If Kershaw or Syndergaard were on the Mound vs Milone as the opposing pitcher yes you do. This is a player with a fractured nose, Let him sit a game longer to heal. This is different that someone who is 100% healthy. How is a fractured nose going to affect his performance? Seems like solely a pain tolerance issue.
  14. God you are awful, Milone. I can hardly think of a worse way to waste 1.25M dollars.
  15. Uh, not like Kirk is a great matchup for him, either. Anyway, that's a moot point either way. This is a developmental year to see who is a part of your future. If you're platooning Broxton, you're wasting your time. The point made earlier is that with Broxton's glove in CF we're probably not losing at the moment.
  16. While it would've been nice to see a Jorge Lopez get a start, I'm sure Garza being off the DL by his next start is a big reason why Milone was chosen. I'd rather not see him either, but that's a separate issue. Still, he's not starting again until April 22nd which would have given Lopez 3 starts to get his feet wet here.
  17. Yep. And that's why it's rough having an infielder play in the outfield. Don't understand why Keon is out yet again unless he had some kind of setback which is kind of hard to imagine with this injury. But why would he go into the game in extras last night and need to sit again today? Why in the world again is a rebulding club like the Brewers going with an awful veteran stopgap #5 starter instead of auditioning s young guy?
  18. Thought for sure after he fell behind 3-1 it was an unintentional intentional walk coming up to try to set up Rizzo for a DP.
  19. I get him still being out after the beaning the other day, but with Broxton's range good chance he makes that play. At least I assume that's why he's out. It had better not be just for another day off.
