  1. Well after that holding call you need to hold them to 3.
  2. What a beautiful throw. Totally agree on going for that. Not ideal to hear about your kicker who is already on thin ice struggling to make a kick in warm-ups.
  3. Must have changed at some point over the years. I remember some widely replayed punt in the 90s where it almost bounced out of the endzone but barely stayed in, the punt returner picked it up and ran it like 106 yards the other way for a TD while everyone was walking off the field assuming that the ball was dead.
  4. Why can't Reed run that out? That's two plays that officials have blown dead that could have been big plays for us that I'm not understanding why were blown dead.
  5. Kenny is not having a good year. Needs to make that play on Conner in the backfield. Did good to blow up the play but couldn't finish the tackle.
  6. https://www.jsonline.com/story/sports/mlb/brewers/2024/10/08/jesse-winker-says-hell-hate-the-city-of-milwaukee-forever/75580413007/ Winker is such a tool.
  7. Unfortunately MLB couldn't care less how we feel about it, at least not relative to their primary question: "how can we make the most possible dollars off this?" Wait til this isn't enough and they expand to 32 teams and finish out the season with a March Madness style tournament with every team making the playoffs, seeded from 1 to 32 in order of regular season finish.
  8. To be honest I'm going totally by memory and eye test rather than looking at any numbers. It feels to me like Jordan has often dealt with heavy pressure early on, Malik less so in those run heavy gameplans. The pick 6 yesterday was definitely a result of the offensive line just getting beat. Not a smart throw at all by Jordan but he was desperately just trying to avoid a safety.
  9. The offensive line, too, seemed like a tale of two halves last year. They were pretty woeful early on, and then toward the end of the season they seemed like one of the best fronts in football. So far this year, they seem like the early 2023 version. I don't know if they are just designed to be a team that needs time to improve as the season goes on, or what. Kind of the opposite of Minnesota? I'm still relatively confident that they'll be a better team in Week 18 than Minnesota is in Week 18. But the template looks similar to last year with the slow start. At least they're 3-2 in this slow start.
  10. McCarthy still making bad challenges I see.
  11. How do you figure? They scored two offensive touchdowns, both after full drives.
  12. I think the lack of pass rush without blitzing is a pretty legitimate concern. Outside of Tennessee they're not really getting sacks without scheming for them. It's really, really hard to contend for a Super Bowl without an elite track meet offense if your front 4 consistently can't get home.
  13. I'm glad we won. This team has a long way to go, especially in the trenches, to be a Super Bowl contender.
  14. This defensive line is honestly a straight up disgrace.
  15. Sure glad we pissed away those 2 timeouts.
  16. Yeah, the clock is no factor at all. They have plenty of time to score. We either stop them or we don't.
  17. Heck they may wish they had more time on the clock by the end of this drive.
  18. How to piss away an 11 point lead in 6 minutes; By the Green Bay Packers
  19. 92 yards in 2-3 minutes? Using no timeouts? Absolutely inexcusable.
  20. I'm absolutely disgusted with you, Hafley. I thought you were different. Same late game conservative trash that doesn't work that we've seen for years.
  21. Wouldn't be a Packer defense if they didn't go into a soft shell, leave the middle of the field wide open and let the other team just go down the field easily.
  22. At least if you weren't going to score, none of that yardage lost really mattered anyway. Would have been worse to see Narveson shank a 50 yarder than punt it down to the 8.
  23. Wicks has had hands of butter the last 2 games.
