    At this point in the game it's a pretty marginal difference though. They stop the clock for about 5 seconds to spot it and then run it. It's under 5 minutes then they stop it.

    Honestly yeah, I think the Chiefs say no to that. I think Doubs is a nice #3. I'd hesitate to call him a #2. He's never graded out particularly well analytically. You could argue he's the 4th most talented receiver on the roster. I think he's closer to "just a guy" than he is being what people think. I think he's steady in the same way that Allen Lazard was steady here. You need guys like that, but they're not incredibly hard to find. I don't think he'll be particularly missed tomorrow, although it's not ideal that Watson is out too.

    Let's get this out of the way -- Rashan Gary is not doing enough for the contract he got and Lukas Van Ness is not doing enough to justify his draft position. The pass rush for this team is simply not doing enough for this team to be successful. To be clear, this isn't saying Van Ness can't be a good player at some point. But when you're buried on the depth chart when corner was a need and a corner you passed on for Van Ness is already a lockdown corner in New England, you're absolutely open to some second guessing.
