Why can it only be assumed that Love starting in 2022 would have been a bad thing?
Sure, maybe he wasn't ready, but he didn't look ready in 2023 until he was. I'm not saying he would not have been worse in 2022 than he was in 2023, this is highly likely to be the case. But you could just as easily assume that maybe the extra year of starter reps made him in fact more prepared for 2023 and maybe he wins in San Francisco.
Assuming it just ends up ruining him to start him after 2 years of development seems quite a leap to me.
I'll stand by what my view at the time was, either both or neither of Rodgers and Adams should have been Packers in 2022 and the struggles that year were quite predictable.
